Automation equipment manufacturers · Website

Build the site so a datasheet is one click from any part number.

A website for an automation equipment maker is the technical reference an engineer opens when specifying or replacing a part. GullySales works on product pages, datasheet access, distributor information and a clear route to the person who answers technical questions.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For automation equipment manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The engineer wants the datasheet before anything else”

A buyer arriving from a part number search looks for ratings, dimensions and the datasheet. A banner, a company history and a contact form in front of it send the buyer away.

  • “A catalogue request form loses the impatient”

Asking for an email, a phone number and a company before a datasheet opens is fair for the lead but costly for the visitor. Offer the datasheet openly and ask for details when the engineer wants a quote or a sample.

  • “Buyers need to find where to buy”

A panel builder in a town wants to see which distributor stocks the part. A site that lists the distributors by city, with a name and a number, saves the call to your office.

  • “Mobile matters on the shop floor”

Maintenance staff open the site on a phone beside a machine, often on a weak signal. Heavy pages and datasheets that will not open on a phone fail at the moment of need.

What we do

What we deliver for automation equipment manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Product pages built around the part number

Each family has ratings, dimensions, compatible items, wiring notes and the datasheet on one page.

Result: An engineer sees ratings and datasheet without scrolling past a banner.

  2. An open datasheet library

Datasheets, manuals and drawings listed by family and part number, with clear file names.

Result: Searching a part number on the site reaches its file.

  3. A distributor finder

A list of distributors by city and state, with the products each stocks and a contact.

Result: A visitor can find a stockist near their plant.

  4. A technical contact route

A form, a WhatsApp link and a named person for technical questions, on every product page.

Result: Every page offers a way to reach an engineer.

  5. Phone-friendly pages

Light pages and files that open on a phone, with the contact buttons easy to tap.

Result: A product page opens and reads well on a basic phone.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these automation equipment manufacturers.

  • Servo and variable frequency drive makers
  • PLC, HMI and controller makers
  • Sensor, encoder and proximity switch makers
  • Relay, contactor and control panel component makers
  • Motion control component makers, including linear guides and actuators
  • Power supply, signal conditioner and instrumentation makers

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we sell through a marketplace instead of our own site?
A marketplace gives reach for small, standard items, but you lose the buyer's name and the technical story. Keep your own site as the source of datasheets and a way to contact you, and list on a marketplace where it suits a product.
Do we need the site in other languages?
The datasheet stays in English because it is the reference. A short product summary and contact page in the regional language of your main panel-building towns can help buyers who prefer it. Have an engineer check the translation.
Who should own the domain and the hosting?
The company should, in its own name, with the login held by a named person and a second contact. A site built by a vendor on the vendor's account can disappear with the relationship. Ask for the login and the files.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
