Brick manufacturers · Lead generation

Bring in contractor and developer enquiries before the kiln is fired.

Lead generation for a brick kiln means finding the contractors, developers and house builders who will need bricks this season and reaching them while the order book is still open. GullySales works on the sources that bring those buyers to your phone, and on a record that shows which source sent which enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For brick manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The best lead is a past buyer who has not been called”

A contractor who took a lakh last season and has a new layout coming is a warmer lead than any stranger. Few kilns ever list these buyers, so the first call of the season goes to whoever phones in first.

  • “Agents send volume but hide the end buyer”

A mason or dealer brings a steady stream of small orders, and the person who builds the house stays unknown. Each delivery is a chance to put the kiln's name in front of that owner, and the chance is lost when the slip carries no name.

  • “A lead that asks only for the rate is not yet a lead”

A caller who wants the rate per thousand and nothing else is comparing kilns. A caller who gives the site, the quantity and the start date is planning to buy. The enquiry sheet should separate the two so that follow-up time goes to the second.

What we do

What we deliver for brick manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A past-buyer list

Every contractor and developer who bought before, with the quantity, the grade and the season, entered from the kiln's own books and the owner's memory.

Result: The list opens with each buyer's last order, so the first call of the season has a starting figure.

  2. A site-details enquiry form

A short form and a phone script asking for site location, quantity, grade and start date before a rate is quoted.

Result: Every new enquiry carries the details needed to price a delivered load.

  3. Source tagging for every enquiry

Phone, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, agent, walk-in and builder referral recorded as separate sources on each entry.

Result: The owner can see which source filled the advance orders and which only produced rate checks.

  4. An agent rate card with kiln branding

A printed and shareable rate card and a delivery slip bearing the kiln's name and number, handed to agents and masons.

Result: The end buyer sees the kiln's name on the slip and can call without going through the agent.

  5. A target list of new developers

Builders with layouts or blocks inside truck range, compiled from local knowledge and public listings, ready for a call before firing.

Result: The call plan names the developers who have no kiln supplier yet.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these brick manufacturers.

  • Red clay brick kilns firing in the dry season
  • Wire-cut and extruded brick units
  • Fly ash brick makers
  • Kilns selling mainly through local agents and dealers
  • Kilns supplying developers and contractors by contract
  • Producers of facing, hollow or perforated bricks
  • Smaller kilns near growing towns selling straight to masons
  • Units that also make tiles, roofing or other clay products

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the lead generation work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where do the first leads come from?
From the buyers you already have. Past contractors, developers and house builders who bought before are the first list, and the agents who sent them are the second.
Should we buy leads from a directory?
Look first at what a directory listing has already brought and who answered it. Spend more only if the enquiries named real sites and quantities.
How do we stop leads going to waste during firing?
Give one person the job of logging every call and returning each one. A written callback date on each entry keeps a busy kiln from losing buyers.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
