Brick manufacturers · Manufacturing
Sell your bricks by the lakh to buyers who know your kiln before the season opens.
A contractor needs a lakh of bricks for a layout, before the rains. Three kilns get a phone call asking for first-class bricks and how many days the truck takes. The kiln that quotes a firm rate, agrees an advance and states the delivery date is the one the contractor can plan around.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph
Brick manufacturers fire clay, fly ash or wire-cut bricks in a seasonal cycle and sell them by the thousand or lakh. Marketing makes the kiln the name that builders, contractors and truck owners ask for when the building season starts. Sales settles quantity, grade and delivery, and takes advances before the firing. GullySales works for kilns.
Brick is a seasonal, local business. Kilns fire from dry weather to the monsoon, stock is limited and the order book fills early. The kiln that is not known to contractors in November is struggling to sell in April.

How buyers decide
How brick manufacturers are chosen.
Large buyers, such as developers and contractors, order by the lakh well ahead, against an advance. They look at the kiln's reputation for size, colour, hardness and few breakages, how many trucks it can load in a day and how reliably it delivers.
Smaller buyers order a few thousand through a local agent, a building material dealer or a mason. The agent adds a commission, so the same kiln's bricks sell at different delivered rates. The buyer trusts whoever supplied the last house nearby.
Fly ash, wire-cut and machine-made bricks reach buyers through dealers and architect specification as well. These buyers ask for strength and size consistency and compare them with clay brick and block.
The problem
What usually goes wrong for brick manufacturers.
What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.
“Our order book fills late and then we turn people away”
Contractors ring in March when stocks are low, when we could have taken advances in November.
“Agents take the buyer and we lose the relationship”
The mason or dealer buys from us and the owner never learns our name, so the owner ends up buying from the agent's next kiln.
“Quality varies between firings and buyers remember the bad lot”
One poor load gets repeated across a town faster than ten good ones.
“Rate quotes go by phone and we do not remember who asked”
A contractor calls twice for a price and we have no record the second time.
“Trucks sit waiting and the buyer's site is not ready”
Delivery coordination is by phone calls to a driver, and the site engineer never confirmed unloading.
“We are invisible online”
A builder searching for bricks near the plot finds IndiaMART listings of traders and not our kiln.
What we do
What we do for brick manufacturers.
Everything included for brick manufacturers.
A season order planner
A record of contractors and developers who bought last season, with expected quantities and dates, and a call list ordered by when each buyer starts laying.
A grade and size sheet
Brick sizes, grades, the colour and hardness you aim for and honest photographs of an actual load, so buyers know what first-class means at your kiln.
Local search and IndiaMART listings
A Google Business Profile for the kiln with location and truck range, and IndiaMART and JustDial listings managed so enquiries reach you and not a trader.
An enquiry and quote log
Every phone or WhatsApp enquiry recorded with the buyer, quantity, rate quoted and a date to call back.
A delivery confirmation message
A WhatsApp message to buyer and driver giving the load, the vehicle, the expected arrival and who unloads, sent on the day of dispatch.
Report against the baseline
Enquiries by source, advances taken, quotes against orders and repeat buyers, set against the figures recorded when work began.
How the result is measured
- Advance orders taken before firing
- Enquiries by source: phone, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, agent
- Quotes sent against orders confirmed
- Orders direct from builders against those through agents
- Repeat buyers from the last season
- Loads delivered on the day promised
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Worth a page and a campaign of their own
Advance orders from developers and contractors before the season · Agent and dealer relationships · Direct buyers within truck range · Quality grading that buyers can see · Delivery scheduling and confirmation · Listings on IndiaMART and local search · Enquiry and quote records · Fly ash and specialty brick positioning · Repeat orders from satisfied builders
Priority campaigns
Campaigns for what brick manufacturers most want to sell.
Each one planned around when your buyers decide, and measured against the baseline.
Off-season advance campaign
Calls and WhatsApp messages to past contractors and developers in the months before firing, offering a fixed rate against an advance for a set quantity.
Agent and dealer partnership
A clear rate card and commission arrangement for agents, with a way for the end buyer to know whose brick they have.
Builder visit and kiln open day
Invitations to contractors and developers to see the kiln and stock, with a simple lunch and a quote on the day.
Local search campaign
Google Business Profile, local ads and IndiaMART work for bricks near a town, active in the weeks buyers start asking.
Fly ash and wire-cut education
A short explainer and a sample for architects and builders on the strength and size of your newer brick types.
Beyond search
Where we reach buyers of brick manufacturers, beyond Google.
Search matters, but it is rarely the only way this industry's buyers find a supplier.
Developers and contractors
Those with a layout or a block of flats inside your truck range, approached before the kiln is fired.
Masons and building material dealers
A mason or dealer carries a kiln's name from job to job. Simple rate cards and a contact list keep that going through the months when the kiln is not firing.
Truck owners and transport agents
A load that sits waiting loses the buyer, so a short list of reliable delivery partners and a confirmation routine go together.
Architects and engineers
Facing and fly ash brick are specified by name, and size and strength sheets are written for the person who specifies.
Individual house builders
An owner building one house searches for a kiln near the plot, which is what the Business Profile and listings are set up for.
Who it is for
This is written for these brick manufacturers.
- Red clay brick kilns firing in the dry season
- Wire-cut and extruded brick units
- Fly ash brick makers
- Kilns selling mainly through local agents and dealers
- Kilns supplying developers and contractors by contract
- Producers of facing, hollow or perforated bricks
- Smaller kilns near growing towns selling straight to masons
- Units that also make tiles, roofing or other clay products
Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
- You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
- You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.
How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

What happened when owners fixed this.
Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.
Burhani Hydroline
- Situation
- The website was dated. Menus were hard to follow, pages were slow, and it did not work properly on a phone, which is where a buyer looks first.
- What we did
- Research before design
- Wireframes and prototypes
- The full product catalogue
- An online checkout
- Result
- No numbers were recorded for this engagement. The work is described in full in the case study.

Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
One office, and we say so
Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

One fix, scoped
Start with the fix that matters most, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.

We run the work, report against the baseline, and you renew on the numbers. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing first.
Option 4
Guidance for your own team or agency
We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.
