Brick manufacturers · Digital marketing

Bring in builders online and settle the sale on the phone.

Digital marketing for a brick kiln joins search, maps, listings, messages and a website into one path from a builder's search to a call and a booked load. GullySales plans which pieces the kiln needs and in what order, and measures each against the enquiry record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For brick manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The path is short and ends in a call”

A builder searches, finds a kiln, looks at the stock and phones. Everything online exists to make that call happen, so a page with no phone button or a listing with a wrong number is a broken step.

  • “Spending in several places spreads the kiln thin”

A listing here, an advertisement there and a page nobody updates give no clear answer on what works. A small number of well-kept channels, each checked against the enquiries it sent, serves a seasonal business better.

  • “The season sets the timing”

A kiln that is quiet in the monsoon and full in the dry months should not spread effort evenly. Online work is placed ahead of the buying season, with listings, pages and messages ready before the first contractor starts to ask.

What we do

What we deliver for brick manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for the kiln

A written plan choosing which of search, maps, directories, social pages and messaging the kiln will keep up, with reasons.

Result: The owner can see which channels are in the plan and which are left out.

  2. An enquiry source record

Every enquiry tagged by where it came from, so each channel is judged on calls received and orders booked.

Result: The record shows enquiries and orders against each channel.

  3. Directory and listing management

IndiaMART, JustDial and map listings kept correct and answered by the kiln's staff.

Result: Each listing carries current details and has a named person who answers.

  4. A seasonal calendar

A plan that places listings, pages and messages ahead of the buying season and quieter work in the off-season.

Result: Online work is in place before the first contractor starts asking.

  5. A baseline and review

The starting figures for enquiries and advances, and a later comparison with what changed.

Result: The owner can compare the order book with the starting record.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these brick manufacturers.

  • Red clay brick kilns firing in the dry season
  • Wire-cut and extruded brick units
  • Fly ash brick makers
  • Kilns selling mainly through local agents and dealers
  • Kilns supplying developers and contractors by contract
  • Producers of facing, hollow or perforated bricks
  • Smaller kilns near growing towns selling straight to masons
  • Units that also make tiles, roofing or other clay products

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small kiln start?
With the map profile and the enquiry record, because both are cheap and show up in your own calls. Add other channels once those are in order.
Do we need paid advertising?
Not as a first step. Check what the free listings and profile have brought, and spend only where the enquiries name real quantities.
How do we know digital work is paying?
By tagging each enquiry with its source and following it to an order. Without that tag, nobody can tell a good channel from a loud one.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
