Brick manufacturers · WhatsApp marketing

Run rate cards, load photos and delivery notices through WhatsApp.

WhatsApp marketing for a brick kiln means using the app contractors and masons already open every day for rate cards, stock photographs, order confirmations and delivery notices. GullySales sets up the business number, the messages and the rules for sending them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For brick manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Contractors prefer a message to a call”

A site engineer on a job cannot always take a call but can read a message later. A rate card, a photograph of the stock and a line giving the delivery date answer much of what the call would have covered.

  • “The delivery message is the most useful one”

A single message to the buyer and the driver, naming the load, the vehicle, the expected arrival and who unloads, prevents the trucks that wait at a site that is not ready. It also leaves a written record of the dispatch.

  • “Broadcasting to everyone annoys the buyers you want”

A message sent to a whole contact list about a rate that applies to one quantity wastes attention. Send each message to those who asked, who bought, or who agreed to hear from the kiln, and let anyone opt out.

What we do

What we deliver for brick manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business number setup

A WhatsApp Business number with the kiln's name, address, hours, brick types and a catalogue of grades and sizes.

Result: A buyer who saves the number sees the kiln's name and what it sells.

  2. Standard reply messages

Saved replies for rate enquiries, site-detail requests, advance details and directions to the yard.

Result: The staff reply to a common question with one tap, in the same words.

  3. A delivery confirmation template

A message for the buyer and driver on dispatch day giving load, vehicle, arrival and unloading contact.

Result: Buyer and driver have the same written instruction for the load.

  4. Contact lists by buyer type

Separate lists for developers, masons, owner-builders and agents, each with a record of agreement to receive messages.

Result: A rate notice reaches only the group it was written for.

  5. A sending rulebook

Written rules on who may send what, when to pause, how to honour a request to stop, and which of the platform's current rules to check.

Result: Everyone at the kiln knows what may be sent and to whom.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these brick manufacturers.

  • Red clay brick kilns firing in the dry season
  • Wire-cut and extruded brick units
  • Fly ash brick makers
  • Kilns selling mainly through local agents and dealers
  • Kilns supplying developers and contractors by contract
  • Producers of facing, hollow or perforated bricks
  • Smaller kilns near growing towns selling straight to masons
  • Units that also make tiles, roofing or other clay products

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is WhatsApp allowed for marketing messages?
Check the platform's current rules for business messaging, and send only to people who have agreed to hear from you. We build the lists on that basis.
Should we share rates on WhatsApp?
Share a rate card with a date and conditions, and a quote for a specific site on request. Rates move with firing, distance and quantity, so every figure needs a date.
Can staff use their own phones?
They can, but buyer chats then sit on personal phones. We prefer a shared business number, so the history stays with the kiln when a person leaves.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
