Carpet manufacturers · Website

Build a site where a designer can browse a weave, pick a size and ask for a sample.

A website for a carpet maker is a design library, a capability profile and a sample request route in one place, readable on a phone. GullySales works on the structure, the product pages, the photographs and the form that brings a buyer to you.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Carpet cleaning companies: show a real physical business scene illustrating Enquiries and quotations. Log each call with the property, rooms and fibre type, and quote by area, room or set charge from your own rates. Photographs from the customer stay on the record.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For carpet manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is a brochure with no way to browse”

A home page with a slideshow and an address tells a buyer you exist but not what you weave. A designer who cannot filter by style, material or room leaves to find a maker who lets them, and the unit never learns the visit happened.

  • “Colour is the first doubt”

A visitor looks at a screen and wonders whether the carpet will match. Pages need photographs taken in daylight, a close view of the pile and a note that a physical sample confirms the shade.

  • “Capacity and compliance are hidden”

An importer wants to know the looms, the materials and the papers you can provide. When these sit only in an emailed document, the first message asks for them, the buyer waits for the reply, and the wait itself colours how reliable the unit seems.

  • “The phone is where designers look”

A studio member opens the link on a phone while travelling. A site built for a wide desktop screen with heavy images loads slowly and crops the rug, so the visit ends early and the sample request is never made.

What we do

What we deliver for carpet manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A design library structure

A browsable library grouped by style, material and room, with sizes and colourways listed on each design.

Result: A visitor reaches a single design in three taps.

  2. Product page template

A layout showing photographs, construction, materials, sizes and a request-a-sample button.

Result: Every design page answers the same set of buyer questions.

  3. A capability page

Looms, materials, weaving methods, capacity and programmes you may name.

Result: An importer's capacity question is answered by a link.

  4. Photography guide

Shot lists for daylight, texture close-ups and room views, with colour checks against the piece.

Result: Photographs show the carpet as the buyer will receive it.

  5. A sample request form

Fields for size, material, colour, use and quantity that go straight into your enquiry register.

Result: A request arrives complete and logged.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need to list prices on the site?
That is your decision. Some makers show sizes and ask for the intended use before pricing, since custom work is costed fresh each time. We build the form to collect what your costing needs, whichever you choose.
Can the site work in more than one language?
Yes, if your buyers need it. We confirm with you which markets matter, then build the languages that serve those buyers, so a visitor reads the page in the language they trade in.
Who updates the site after launch?
We set it up so your team can add a design with a photograph and a short specification without our help, and we show the person who will do it how each step works.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
