CNC turning companies · Social media

Show the shop floor to the engineers who decide where drawings go.

Social media marketing for a CNC turning company is showing finished lots, setups and inspection to the purchase and quality people who follow industrial work online. GullySales works on what to post from the shop floor, which profile carries it and how a message becomes a drawing.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For CNC turning companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “LinkedIn is where the vendor development head sits”

Vendor development managers and quality heads read LinkedIn for supplier names. A post showing a tolerance check on a stainless pin reaches the people who approve new vendors, in a way a general business post does not.

  • “A finished lot on a table is the content”

No studio is needed. A tray of brass fittings with the part number, material and bar size in the caption tells an engineer what the shop makes. Leave the customer's name off unless the customer has agreed.

  • “A short clip of a cut is watched by the right people”

A bar-fed lathe producing a part, filmed from the safe side, shows a buyer the cycle and the finish. Put the material and diameter in text on the clip. Skip the music and the effects.

  • “A comment is not an enquiry until it is recorded”

A message from a stranger under a post may hold a drawing. If it is answered from a personal phone and forgotten, the post paid for nothing. Each message is routed to the drawing intake.

What we do

What we deliver for CNC turning companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A company profile written for the buyer

A LinkedIn page and a video channel that state materials, diameter range and industries served, with a link to the drawing intake.

Result: A buyer who opens the profile sees what you cut.

  2. A shop-floor shot list

A list of photographs and clips to take at dispatch, setup and inspection, so the shop produces content as part of the job.

Result: The page never waits for a special shoot.

  3. Captions that carry specifications

A caption format that names the part, material, diameter and tolerance held, without a customer name.

Result: Every post tells an engineer something checkable.

  4. A post plan by part family

A plan that rotates through brass, stainless, Swiss-type and fitting work, so each part family has its share of attention.

Result: No single part family is left without a post.

  5. A message-to-drawing route

A reply routine that moves a comment or message to the drawing intake and logs it on the quote tracker.

Result: Social messages appear in the same record as portal drawings.

  6. A permission note for customer parts

A short written understanding of which parts and part numbers may be shown, kept for each account.

Result: Nothing confidential is posted by accident.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these CNC turning companies.

  • Brass and copper turned parts makers for electrical and plumbing fittings
  • Auto ancillary turned component suppliers
  • Swiss-type and sliding head shops making small precision parts
  • Shafts, spindles and pins for pump and valve makers
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic fitting turners
  • Bar-fed high volume turning shops running call-off schedules
  • Turn-mill shops making complex parts in one setting
  • Job-work lathe shops serving other machining units

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform matters most for a turning shop?
LinkedIn first, because purchase and quality heads are there. Short videos on YouTube or Instagram support it. Choose the platform your own buyers already use, which you learn by asking at the next trial lot.
Can we post customer parts?
Only with the customer's agreement. Drawings and part numbers belong to the buyer, and some buyers treat them as confidential. Ask before posting, and show your own tooling, generic parts or the process where permission is missing.
Who in the shop should take the photographs?
The person who unloads the lot or runs inspection, with a phone, at the table. A hired photographer is not needed. One photograph at dispatch, as a standing routine, gives the page fresh material each time.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
