CNC turning companies · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp for drawings, quotes and open lathe hours, with every chat recorded.

WhatsApp marketing for a CNC turning company is using the app where buyers already send drawings, to receive them, answer them and offer open capacity to buyers who have asked. GullySales works on the business number, the message templates and the record behind each chat.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For CNC turning companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The drawing already arrives on WhatsApp”

A purchase executive photographs a drawing or forwards a PDF to the owner's phone. Without a business number and a log, the quote depends on one person's memory, and the chat is gone when the phone is changed.

  • “A broadcast works for people who asked”

Telling past enquirers that the lathes have room for brass or stainless work in certain diameters is useful to them. Messaging strangers from a bought list invites blocks and reports. Check the platform's current rules on opt-in and templates.

  • “A photograph on the gauge closes a doubt”

A buyer wonders whether a thread class was held. A photograph of the part on the gauge, sent with the lot number, answers in one message and builds trust with the quality side.

  • “One number for the shop, not one per person”

When a drawing goes to the phone of an employee who leaves, the account leaves too. The business number belongs to the shop, and the team replies from it.

What we do

What we deliver for CNC turning companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business profile and part catalogue

A WhatsApp Business profile listing materials, diameter range and industries, with the main part families set out as a catalogue.

Result: A buyer sees what you cut before sending a drawing.

  2. A drawing intake flow

A set greeting that asks for material, yearly quantity, tolerance and finish when a drawing arrives.

Result: The buyer is asked once, not twice.

  3. A set of quick replies

Saved replies for acknowledgement, bar rate validity, sample dispatch and inspection follow-up.

Result: Replies are consistent whoever is at the phone.

  4. An opt-in list of enquirers and buyers

A list of people who have agreed to hear from you, with the part family each cares about.

Result: Broadcasts go only to people who asked.

  5. An open-capacity broadcast format

A short message that lists the materials and diameters the lathes can take, sent to the opt-in list.

Result: Spare lathe hours are offered first to known buyers.

  6. A chat-to-tracker log

A rule that each drawing received in a chat is written on the quote tracker with its source.

Result: No drawing exists only in a chat.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these CNC turning companies.

  • Brass and copper turned parts makers for electrical and plumbing fittings
  • Auto ancillary turned component suppliers
  • Swiss-type and sliding head shops making small precision parts
  • Shafts, spindles and pins for pump and valve makers
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic fitting turners
  • Bar-fed high volume turning shops running call-off schedules
  • Turn-mill shops making complex parts in one setting
  • Job-work lathe shops serving other machining units

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we use the WhatsApp Business app or the API?
A shop with one or two people replying can use the Business app. When several people answer, or messages must link to a CRM, a provider on the official API is needed. Compare providers' current pricing and Indian support before choosing.
Can we message buyers who gave a card at an exhibition?
Ask first. A short message that names where you met and asks permission to send capability updates is fair. Keep a record of the yes. Check the platform's current rules before sending any broadcast.
Should drawings be shared on WhatsApp at all?
Some buyers prefer it and some prefer email for confidential drawings. Agree the route with each buyer, and log the drawing against the quote whichever way it arrives.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
