Auto parts manufacturers · Google Business Profile

Show up when a local workshop or distributor searches near your sales counter.

A Google Business Profile suits an auto parts manufacturer with a counter or sales office where a workshop owner or distributor can walk in during stated hours. It matters most when someone searches for a part category near them. GullySales checks that your address qualifies first, then completes the profile with the right categories and keeps it current.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What Google Business Profile means

A Google Business Profile is the free listing that shows your address, hours, photos and reviews when someone searches for your business or a nearby competitor on Google and Maps. GullySales sets it up correctly, keeps it updated and posts to it regularly so it works as a steady source of calls and direction requests.

For auto parts manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Category selection decides who finds you”

Choosing auto parts supplier and the specific component category, not just manufacturer, brings in the right local search.

  • “Photos of the real counter and dispatch area build trust for a walk-in buyer”

A distributor comparing two nearby suppliers is more likely to visit the one whose profile shows a real, organised counter and stock area.

  • “Reviews from dealers matter here too”

A distributor searching for a new supplier reads recent reviews the same way a retail customer would.

What we do

What we deliver for auto parts manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An eligibility check on your address

A review of which of your locations Google would accept: a sales counter or office that receives walk-in buyers in stated hours, as against a plant that receives no visitors.

Result: You list only what qualifies, and nothing that risks a suspension.

  2. Category and attribute set-up for the right search

The profile categorised as auto parts supplier plus your specific component category, so the right local search finds the factory.

Result: A nearby workshop searching for your part category finds you first.

  3. Counter and facility photo set

A set of photos showing the counter, the stock area and the dispatch area customers can see, replacing stock imagery or none at all.

Result: A distributor comparing suppliers sees a real, organised facility before visiting.

  4. Review request routine for dealers and walk-ins

A simple process for asking a satisfied distributor or walk-in buyer to leave a review after a good experience.

Result: A new distributor sees recent, genuine feedback before calling.

  5. Profile kept current with product changes

Working hours, product categories and certification details updated whenever they change, checked at each review.

Result: A buyer never finds outdated information when they check the profile.

  6. Question and answer section populated

Common buyer questions about MOQ, certification and delivery answered directly on the profile before a buyer has to ask.

Result: A buyer gets an answer while still browsing, without waiting for a reply.

How the result is measured

  • Profile views
  • Calls from the listing
  • Direction requests

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the profile needs

What an auto parts maker's profile needs for the counter to qualify and the workshop owner to call.

The address Google can accept
Write down which address takes walk-in buyers in stated hours. Only that one is a candidate. A godown or plant gate with no one serving visitors is not, so leave it off.
Primary category from the counter's trade
Choose the category that describes what the counter sells, such as an auto parts store, then add the component families. Check Google's current category list before you pick.
Products named by part and fitment
List brake pads, clutch plates, gaskets and similar by the name a workshop mechanic says, with the vehicle models they fit. Part-number lists belong on the website.
Photographs a buyer can match on arrival
Add the signboard from the road, the counter, shelves of boxed stock with part labels visible, and the loading bay. A driver should recognise the gate from the photo.
Hours that are really staffed
Enter the hours someone is at the counter, including the lunch closure and Sundays. Add special hours for Ayudha Puja and Diwali before they arrive.
Replies that name the product, not the account
Answer each review with the part or order type, never another buyer's price or terms. A distributor reading it sees how you treat a trade account.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the google business profile work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your locations

We confirm every branch, its correct details and which categories genuinely match what it offers.

  2. 2

    Audit current profiles

We check what is wrong, outdated or missing on each existing listing.

  3. 3

    Correct and complete

Every profile is brought up to date, with services, hours and photos filled in properly.

  4. 4

    Implement ongoing activity

Posts, photos and review replies are added on a regular schedule rather than occasionally.

  5. 5

    Measure and adjust

We track calls and direction requests and adjust categories or content where a listing underperforms.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is this only useful for retail customers?
No, distributors and workshop owners use local search and Maps the same way when comparing nearby suppliers.
Can the factory itself be listed?
Only if buyers can visit it in the hours you state. Google's rule is that the business has a location customers can visit, or travels to customers. Rules differ and change, so check Google's current guidelines before you apply.
How often should the profile be updated?
Whenever a product line, certification or working hours change, so it always matches the current catalogue.
We have counters in two cities. Do we make one profile or two?
Each location that serves walk-in buyers in stated hours can have its own profile, with its own address, phone number and hours. Do not copy one profile twice or list a counter that is closed. Check Google's current guidelines for multiple locations before you apply.
Can we put 'Brake Pads Manufacturer' in the business name?
Google's guidelines ask for the name you use in the real world, matching your signboard and stationery. Keywords added to the name are often refused or removed. Put the products in the category and description fields instead, and check Google's current naming rules.
How soon would we see more enquiries?
Fixing quote turnaround and catalogue structure shows within weeks. Ranking for part number searches and building export enquiries takes months.
Do we need to advertise, or is a marketplace listing enough?
A listing brings enquiries, but a proper catalogue site and a fast reply routine are needed to convert and keep the account.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
