CNC machining companies · Lead generation
Bring in RFQs from buyers who need your exact capability, not a generic enquiry.
Lead generation for a CNC machining company is attracting RFQs from buyers who need your machines, materials and tolerances, instead of vague price enquiries. GullySales builds capability pages, directory listings and narrow paid search around the jobs you want more of. Each RFQ is then tracked through quote to purchase order.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means
Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

Sales and marketing for CNC machining companies, the overview.

For CNC machining companies
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“A capability page converts better than a contact form alone”
A buyer searching for five-axis machining in titanium wants to see that exact capability stated. Only then will they trust the shop with a drawing.
“Trade directory enquiries need the same discipline as website ones”
An RFQ from IndiaMART deserves the same tracked, same-day response as one from the website, but is often treated as lower priority.
“Export buyers need a page that answers logistics questions upfront”
A page addressing shipping, packaging and export documentation experience catches serious overseas RFQs that a domestic-only page loses.
What we do
What we deliver for CNC machining companies.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
Capability pages for a specific tolerance or material
A page for one search, such as five-axis machining in titanium, with the machine, the envelope and the tolerance you hold stated plainly.
Result: A buyer searching for your exact capability finds it, and you.
Same tracking discipline for directory and website RFQs
IndiaMART and TradeIndia enquiries logged and answered on the same schedule as website ones, instead of treated as lower priority.
Result: A directory RFQ gets the same chance to become an order.
Export landing page on shipping and documentation
A page answering packaging, shipping and export documentation questions upfront, aimed at an overseas buyer checking before sending an RFQ.
Result: A serious overseas enquiry is not lost to an unanswered question.
RFQ-to-order tracking in the report
Every RFQ tracked from enquiry through quote to purchase order, reported against your baseline rather than counted as raw leads.
Result: You know which enquiries are worth the effort, not just their count.
Narrow paid search around one capability
A small, targeted paid search campaign around a specific capability, switched on once your quoting process can handle the RFQs it brings.
Result: Paid search adds enquiries the plant is actually ready to answer.
How the result is measured
- Enquiries generated
- Cost per enquiry
- Enquiries by source
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
Where enquiries come from
The places an RFQ reaches a machine shop, and what to write down at each.
- An RFQ by email with a drawing
- Record the buyer, the part, the material, the tolerance, the quantity and the date the quote is due. Enter it in one shared log, with a named person to quote.
- An IndiaMART or TradeIndia enquiry
- Note the directory, the part and the volume. Ask for the drawing and the material, and record the reply on the same log as website enquiries.
- A website form or a capability page visit
- Check the form asks for drawing, material, quantity and delivery. Mark the source as the page that was visited, such as five-axis or titanium.
- A repeat OEM or Tier 1 purchase order
- Link it to the earlier drawing revision and the last rate. Record any change in quantity or revision and tell the planner.
- An export buyer's request
- Write the country, the standard asked for and the inspection report they need. Send only the certificates you hold.
- A trade fair or plant-visit contact
- Write the person's name, the part type and the volume on the back of the card at the stand. Enter it in the log with the fair as the source.

Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
- You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
- You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.
How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
How the lead generation work runs
- 1
Understand your capacity
We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.
- 2
Audit current sources
We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.
- 3
Strategise the channel mix
Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.
- 4
Implement capture and follow-up
Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.
- 5
Measure and optimise
We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.
Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
