CNC machining companies · Digital marketing

Connect search, IndiaMART and quote follow-up so no RFQ disappears.

Digital marketing for a CNC machining company is your website, IndiaMART listing, Google search and email follow-up working as one route from drawing to purchase order. GullySales joins them so every RFQ lands in one record and gets a quote. The report counts quotes and orders by channel, not website visits.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For CNC machining companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “IndiaMART and Google serve different buyers”

A buyer comparing shops on IndiaMART is often price-first. One who searched Google for a capability, such as "VMC job work Peenya", is often choosing a long-term vendor.

  • “The RFQ arrives as a drawing, not a message”

A development engineer wants to send a STEP file or a PDF drawing with quantities. A site that offers only a phone number and a name field loses that RFQ to a shop that accepts the file.

  • “A single record of every RFQ closes the biggest leak”

When RFQs arrive by email, WhatsApp and IndiaMART with no shared tracking, quotes go unanswered without anyone noticing until the order is lost.

What we do

What we deliver for CNC machining companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. One shared record for every RFQ

RFQs arriving by email, WhatsApp and IndiaMART logged in a single record, so none sits unanswered without anyone noticing.

Result: No enquiry disappears between the channels it could arrive on.

  2. An RFQ form that takes the drawing

A website form that accepts a drawing file, material, quantity and target date, with a line on how drawings are kept confidential.

Result: The engineer sends the full job in one go, and your estimator can price it the same day.

  3. IndiaMART listing built to match your website

Your IndiaMART profile brought up to the standard of your website, since a price-first buyer there deserves the same accurate detail.

Result: A directory enquiry gets treated as seriously as a website one.

  4. Same-day quote routine set up and tracked

A written routine for who quotes an RFQ and by when, checked against the record of every enquiry received.

Result: Fewer RFQs go quiet simply because a quote arrived late.

  5. Report on quotes and orders, not visits

A report against your baseline showing RFQs received, quotes sent and orders won by channel, not website traffic.

Result: You see which channel is actually worth the effort it takes.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where a shop starts

A CNC machining shop starts with a capability page in tolerances and materials, and a form that takes the drawing.

Capability page
List machines, work envelope, materials, tolerances and finishes you can hold, using the terms a procurement engineer searches.
RFQ form that takes the drawing
Ask for the drawing, material, quantity and delivery date. Send each submission to one sheet.
Quote tracker
Log each RFQ with the date received, the date quoted, the price sent and the outcome. Flag any drawing nobody has priced.
IndiaMART listing
Match the capability and certifications to the site and note each enquiry's part type and source.
Certificates and inspection reports
Keep ISO certificates and sample inspection reports ready to send, and note each request.
What to leave until later
Leave social media and a rebuilt website until the capability page and quote tracker work.

Who it is for

This is written for these CNC machining companies.

  • Job shops doing contract machining
  • Precision component manufacturers
  • Auto ancillary machining suppliers
  • Aerospace and defence component machinists
  • Machine shops serving medical device makers
  • Prototype and low-volume machining shops

  • Export-focused precision machining units

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need to be on IndiaMART and have our own website?
Usually yes. IndiaMART brings price-comparing buyers who want job work quickly. A website with your machine list and past parts is what a vendor development team checks before adding you to its approved list.
Where should a small shop start?
With one record of every RFQ and a rule that each gets a quote or a clear no within a day. In many shops the leak is not a shortage of enquiries. It is drawings that sat in someone's inbox while the estimator was on the floor.
How much of our process should we show online?
Show machines, materials, tolerances you hold and inspection equipment, plus photos of finished parts you may publish. Keep customer drawings and part details private unless the customer agrees. A buyer needs enough to decide to send a drawing.
Can we win export buyers without a sales team abroad?
Many do, if the website answers what overseas buyers ask: standards, packing, shipping terms and documents. Reply with a clear quote and a named contact. Record the country and source of each enquiry to see which markets respond.
How soon would we see more RFQs?
Fixing quote turnaround and the capability page shows within weeks. Ranking for a search such as five-axis machining in your industrial area takes a few months.
Do we need to advertise?
Most shops benefit first from a faster quote response and a clearer website. Advertising helps when you want a specific capability, such as export orders, pushed this quarter.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
