Commercial refrigeration companies · Lead generation

Count every call, message and visit that could become a cold room order.

Lead generation for a commercial refrigeration company is the work of bringing in enquiries from buyers who need equipment or service, and recording each one. GullySales sets up the sources, writes the replies and records every enquiry, so the owner knows which source produced which order.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For commercial refrigeration companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Calls come in and nobody writes them down”

A man from a hotel phones about a walk-in freezer, a technician picks up between jobs, and the details live on a scrap of paper.

  • “Directory leads are shared with ten sellers”

The same IndiaMART enquiry reaches many suppliers, so the one who replies first with a real number gets the visit.

  • “Breakdown callers are not treated as leads”

A repair customer is the likeliest buyer of the next installation, and he is never asked what he plans next.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial refrigeration companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An enquiry record for every source

Phone, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, Justdial, website, walk-in and reference, each logged with date, equipment and the person who replied.

Result: Nothing arrives without a record.

  2. A reply routine by type of enquiry

A first message for installation enquiries, another for repairs and a third for spare parts, each asking the questions you need.

Result: Buyers get a useful answer, not a price list.

  3. A site visit request form

A short form and a WhatsApp prompt asking storage quantity, location, power supply and when the room is needed.

Result: You arrive with enough to quote.

  4. Directory lead handling

Rules for which directory enquiries to answer, how fast the team responds and what to record for each.

Result: You pay for directory leads that turn into orders.

  5. Referrals logged by source

A field for who sent the buyer, whether a customer, a contractor or a dealer, with a thank-you routine.

Result: You can see which relationships pay.

  6. Report from enquiry to order

Enquiries, visits, quotations and orders traced to source and equipment type.

Result: You see where the next order is coming from.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where enquiries come from

These are the sources a refrigeration firm really has, and what to record when each one arrives.

Phone call from a hotel or restaurant
Ask the kitchen size, what is stored and whether the call is about repair or new equipment. Log the number and the answer in the enquiry sheet before the call ends.
WhatsApp message with a photo
Reply with questions on the room size, location and need, and ask for a photo of the space. Save the chat details against the enquiry, not only in the phone.
IndiaMART or Justdial enquiry
Call within the working day, quote a range or a site visit, and mark the directory as the source. Check after a few weeks whether that source produced any order.
Contractor or architect reference
Record the name of the person who sent him and the project. Send them a message once the visit is done, so they know the job was handled.
Walk-in at the workshop or showroom
Note what the visitor looked at and whether he left a number. A walk-in with no record is the easiest lead to lose.
A lead you should not chase
A request for a home fridge repair or a very small second-hand freezer will use a technician's day. Reply politely with a referral and record the reason as not qualified.

Who it is for

This is written for these commercial refrigeration companies.

  • Cold room and walk-in cooler builders
  • Display chillers, visi coolers and deep freezer makers
  • Ice plant and ice cube machine suppliers
  • Blast freezer and processing line refrigeration contractors

  • Supermarket and cold chain retail refrigeration firms
  • Refrigeration service and AMC companies
  • Banana ripening chamber and controlled atmosphere builders

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the lead generation work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we buy leads from IndiaMART or other portals?
Try one for a limited period, but count each enquiry. Reply the same day, send a clear next step and track how many become visits and orders. If the answer is few, spend the money on your own pages and Business Profile.
How do we handle the same customer calling twice?
Search the sheet by phone number before logging. If the person exists, add a note to his record and tell the technician who dealt with him before. One person, one record, whatever the number of calls.
What counts as a qualified enquiry for us?
A business with a site in your service area, a stated use and a need within a reasonable period. A request for price only, or from outside your coverage, is logged but ranked lower, not deleted.
Our best work comes from contractors and old customers. Is that counted?
Yes. Log every offline source the same way as online ones, with a source field. Otherwise advertising looks poor or great by accident and you will move money to the wrong place.
How do we get more customers on AMC?
Offer it at the moment the customer feels the cost of a breakdown. After each emergency visit, send a short note of what failed and a written AMC that covers it. Fix the contract terms first: visits, response, spares and exclusions.
Should we list on IndiaMART for cold rooms?
It can bring buyers, but many are comparing ten sellers for the cheapest price. List with real photos and sizes, reply the same day, and record which enquiries became orders before you decide to renew the paid plan.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
