Commercial refrigeration companies · Website

Show the cold rooms you have built, and make the next call easy.

Website development for a commercial refrigeration company means building a site that shows the equipment you make and install, the sites you have served and how to reach you in an emergency. GullySales designs the pages, the proof and the contact path, so a buyer can judge you in a minute.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For commercial refrigeration companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site looks like a brochure”

A list of products with stock photos does not tell a dairy owner whether you have built a room like his.

  • “The phone number is lost in the footer”

A man with a warm cold room searches on his phone, and cannot find the number to tap.

  • “Nothing shows service or AMC”

Buyers cannot tell whether you service what you sell, or what happens after the first year.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial refrigeration companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Pages for each equipment type

One page each for cold rooms, chillers, ice plants and milk coolers, with specifications, use and project photographs.

Result: A buyer sees his own need answered.

  2. A project gallery with details

Finished rooms with the size, panel, equipment and kind of site, with the owner's permission.

    Result: Proof replaces claims.

  3. A service and AMC page

Terms, areas covered, the emergency number and the kind of equipment you service.

Result: Breakdown visitors call and contract customers read.

  4. A visible call and WhatsApp button

A phone button and a WhatsApp link on every page, working on a mobile.

Result: The next step is one tap away.

  5. A short enquiry form

Name, phone, site, what is needed and by when, written so a technician can use the answers.

Result: Each form reaches the team with usable details.

  6. Speed and tracking checks

Pages tested on a phone, loading time reduced and calls and form entries counted.

Result: You can trust the numbers behind the site.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

A buyer of cold rooms and chillers looks for these things, and the page should show each of them.

What you built, with sizes
Show completed rooms with the dimensions, panel thickness and the equipment fitted, along with the kind of business. A line such as a vegetable cold room for a trader gives more proof than a stock photo.
Who you have served
List customers you may name, by type and area, with permission. Ask before using a logo or a name, and do not claim an installation you did not do.
What you service
State the makes you service, the areas covered and the emergency number. Say clearly if you service equipment installed by others.
The AMC terms
Describe what a maintenance contract includes, what is excluded and how a visit is booked. Leave out the price, and say the quotation follows the site check.
How to get a quotation
Explain the steps: a call, a site visit, a drawing and a written quotation. A buyer who knows the process is more likely to start.
Certificates and approvals
Show the licences, brand dealer certificates and standards you actually hold, and keep them current. Remove any that have lapsed.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need our own website if we are listed on IndiaMART?
Yes. A marketplace page is shared with competitors and controlled by the portal. Your own site holds your photos, your terms and your Business Profile link, and it keeps working if you stop paying a portal.
Should the site be in Hindi or a regional language too?
If a large part of your buyers, such as traders and dairy owners, read a regional language better, add the main pages and the phone number in it. Keep English for specifications. Ask your staff which language customers speak on calls.
Will the website be fast on a mobile in a market area?
Check it on an ordinary phone and a slow connection. Keep photos compressed, avoid heavy slider effects and put the call button at the top. Most buyers in your trade look on a phone first.
Who owns the domain and the site files?
The company should be the registered owner of the domain, hosting and site content. Ask for a copy of the files and logins at handover, and do not accept a setup where only the agency holds them.
How do we get more customers on AMC?
Offer it at the moment the customer feels the cost of a breakdown. After each emergency visit, send a short note of what failed and a written AMC that covers it. Fix the contract terms first: visits, response, spares and exclusions.
Should we list on IndiaMART for cold rooms?
It can bring buyers, but many are comparing ten sellers for the cheapest price. List with real photos and sizes, reply the same day, and record which enquiries became orders before you decide to renew the paid plan.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
