Commercial refrigeration companies · Search engine optimisation

Let the buyer find the exact cold room, chiller or service he needs.

Search engine optimisation (SEO) for a commercial refrigeration company is the work of making your pages the answer when someone types the equipment and the use. GullySales builds one page for each kind of room and service you offer, so a dairy owner, a hotel chef and a pharmacy manager each land on their own.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For commercial refrigeration companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “One page called refrigeration”

Buyers search for a cold room for vegetables or a bulk milk cooler, not for refrigeration, and a single services page matches neither.

  • “Sizes and specifications are missing”

The buyer wants to know whether a ten by ten room, a given panel thickness or a three-phase unit suits his site, and the page shows none of it.

  • “Service searches go to the nearest listing”

Fridge not cooling and walk-in cooler repair are asked in the middle of a breakdown, and the firm with a page and a number gets the call.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial refrigeration companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each room and equipment type

Cold rooms, blast freezers, display chillers, ice plants, bulk milk coolers and ripening chambers, each with sizes, use and your installed sites.

Result: Each search lands on the page that answers it.

  2. Service and AMC pages

Pages for refrigerator repair, cold room servicing and maintenance contracts, with the areas covered and the number to call.

Result: Breakdown searches reach a firm that can come.

  3. A question page for each buyer

Answers to what size room is needed, how much power it uses and what the gas and compressor choices mean, written plainly.

Result: Early researchers meet your firm first.

  4. Photos and project notes

Finished rooms photographed with a note on size, panel, equipment and kind of site, with the owner's permission.

Result: Proof sits on the page the buyer reads.

  5. Page structure and internal links

Each product page links to the service page and to nearby projects, with clean headings and loading speed checked on a phone.

Result: Search engines and buyers understand which page answers what.

  6. Tracking by page

A record of enquiries by the page that produced them, calls and WhatsApp messages included.

Result: You learn which rooms search actually sells.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

The wording a buyer uses is the equipment and the use, and each wording needs its own page.

Cold room for vegetables and fruits
Make a page that shows rooms for traders, with sizes, the temperature range and a note on ripening. Ask the visitor for quantity stored, so the quote starts with the right size.
Walk-in cooler for restaurant or hotel
Write for a chef or owner: door size, kitchen space, power and the service call-out terms. Add a photo from a real kitchen, taken with permission.
Bulk milk cooler and dairy chilling unit
Give co-operatives and private dairies a page of capacity, power and cleaning needs. State whether you also service coolers you did not build.
Display chiller and deep freezer for shops
Cover bakeries, sweet shops, ice-cream parlours and supermarkets. Show models by capacity and what each suits, and ask for the shop size and opening date.
Cold room repair and AMC near me
Create a page for each area you serve and list real response coverage. Check your Business Profile shows the same number and hours.
Searches to leave out
Domestic fridge repair, spare parts for home refrigerators and job vacancies bring clicks you cannot sell to. Say plainly on the page that you serve businesses.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a separate page for each kind of cold room?
Yes. A fruit trader and a pharmacy want different temperatures, shelving and records, and a single page cannot answer both. Start with the two or three rooms you build most and add pages as you gain photographs and sizes.
Should we blog about refrigeration?
Write only when the post answers a question your customers ask, such as how a power cut affects stored stock or when to replace a compressor. A blog of general refrigeration facts brings readers who will never buy. Link every post to a product page.
Can we copy specifications from the compressor maker's brochure?
Do not copy text. It is usually shared by every dealer, so it adds nothing and may breach their terms. Write what you chose for a real site and why, and mention the maker only where the buyer asks.
Who should own the website and domain?
The company should hold the domain and hosting in its own name, with a director's email on the account. If a vendor or an employee registered them, move them before work starts, or an exit can take the pages and the rankings with it.
How do we get more customers on AMC?
Offer it at the moment the customer feels the cost of a breakdown. After each emergency visit, send a short note of what failed and a written AMC that covers it. Fix the contract terms first: visits, response, spares and exclusions.
Should we list on IndiaMART for cold rooms?
It can bring buyers, but many are comparing ten sellers for the cheapest price. List with real photos and sizes, reply the same day, and record which enquiries became orders before you decide to renew the paid plan.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
