Granite, marble and stone processors · Search engine optimisation

Be found by the architect and the dealer searching for the exact stone.

SEO for a stone processor means pages that match the exact stone, finish and use a buyer searches for, instead of one page that lists everything. GullySales builds a page for each stone and each kind of buyer, with photographs and specifications a buyer can trust.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For granite, marble and stone processors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search by stone name and use”

A designer searches for Makrana white marble for flooring or black galaxy granite for a kitchen, and a general catalogue page never matches.

  • “Your photographs are inside a PDF”

A catalogue that a visitor must download cannot be read by search engines, so your best stones are invisible.

  • “Traders and aggregator sites outrank the processor”

A search for granite supplier shows directories and traders first, and a processor with a factory has no page that proves it.

What we do

What we deliver for granite, marble and stone processors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page per stone

Slab photographs, colour notes, finishes, thicknesses, standard sizes, suitable uses and care, written for each stone you process.

Result: A search for a stone lands on a page that shows it.

  2. Use pages for kitchens, flooring and cladding

Pages for countertops, staircases, flooring, elevation cladding and monuments, with the stones that suit each.

Result: A buyer who knows the use but not the stone finds you.

  3. A processing and capacity page

Gang saws, polishing lines, cutting and edge work, packing and dispatch, with photographs from the yard.

Result: A dealer sees a processor, not a trader.

  4. An export page for importers

Finishes, packing, container loading, documents handled and sample terms, in plain language for an overseas buyer.

Result: An importer can judge you before asking for samples.

  5. Pages as text, not a downloadable catalogue

Every stone and finish readable on a phone, with the catalogue PDF kept as an extra.

Result: Search engines and buyers can read the range.

  6. Reporting by stone page and buyer type

Visits, enquiries and sample requests per stone and per buyer page, set against the baseline taken before the work starts.

Result: You see which stones bring enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What an architect, builder or importer types when looking for stone, and the page that answers it.

granite slab manufacturer in [city or state]
A processor page. Show your gang saws and polishing line, list the granites you process, the thicknesses and sizes you cut, and a form for project enquiries.
Makrana white marble for flooring
A stone page. Show real slab photographs under daylight, the finish options and how the stone is laid and cared for. Avoid claims you cannot show on the slab.
black granite kitchen countertop supplier
A countertop page. Show finished kitchens with the owner's permission, the edge profiles you offer, and how a site measurement is booked.
Kota stone and sandstone wholesale
A bulk page. List sizes, finishes, the quantity per truck and how delivery is arranged, with a form that asks for the site address and the area.
granite exporter from India
An export page. State the finishes, packing, container loading and sample terms, and the documents you handle, as an importer would want to read them.
natural stone for elevation cladding
A cladding page. Show fixing options, thickness, finishes and a few installed projects, so an architect can specify the stone from the page.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we put every slab on the website?
Put lots that you want to sell as products, with clear photographs, and keep one-off slabs for a sample request. A buyer wants to see the quality of the lot, not a list of every slab.
Can we use stone names that other sellers use?
Use the name the trade and the buyer search for, but describe the stone honestly. If a name is a trade label rather than a geological name, say so, because a buyer who is misled will not return.
Do we need separate pages for each city we supply?
Only for cities where you have a depot, a dealer or a real service. Pages for places you do not serve add nothing to the buyer and split your pages without helping them.
Who owns the photographs and the site?
You do. The domain, the hosting and the original photographs should be in your name and kept in your own folder, so a change of agency does not take the catalogue with it.
Should we show our rate per square foot on the website?
Usually not. Stone rates change with the lot, the thickness and the quantity. Show finishes, sizes and uses, and ask for the project details so you can quote a fair rate for the actual job.
Are IndiaMART leads worth paying for?
They are worth testing if you reply quickly and record the outcome. Many enquiries are only rate checks, so count the ones that led to a sample or a visit before you decide how much to spend.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
