Granite, marble and stone processors · Pay per click advertising

Pay for the project buyer, not the person pricing a doorstep tile.

PPC for a stone processor means paying for searches by builders, architects, dealers and homeowners who want slabs or fabrication, and blocking the many searches for samples and small cuts you do not sell. GullySales writes the ads, limits them to the areas you supply and counts enquiries that become quotations.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend against enquiries received.

For granite, marble and stone processors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Retail searches eat the budget”

A search for granite price per square foot is often a homeowner with a small bathroom, not a project buyer.

  • “Every stone is treated as one product”

A budget spread across granite, marble and quartz wastes money on the stones that sell least and underfunds the best seller.

  • “Clicks go to a home page that lists all stones”

A buyer who clicked for black galaxy granite must hunt through a catalogue, and many give up.

What we do

What we deliver for granite, marble and stone processors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns by stone and by buyer

Separate campaigns for granite, marble, Kota stone and quartz, and for builders, dealers and homeowners, each with its own ad text.

Result: The budget follows the stones and buyers that pay.

  2. Geography matched to where you deliver

Ads limited to the cities, districts and states you can reach, with the radius reviewed as your depot and transport change.

Result: You stop paying for clicks from places you do not supply.

  3. Landing pages for each stone

A page for each stone with photographs, finishes, a WhatsApp button and a short project form, not the main catalogue.

Result: A click opens on the stone the ad promised.

  4. Negative keywords against small and non-buyer searches

Blocks on tile price, small cut pieces, DIY, jobs, machinery and quarry lease, checked against the search terms report.

Result: The budget stops going to people who will never order slabs.

  5. Call and WhatsApp tracking

A tracked number and WhatsApp link for each campaign, so every enquiry has a source and an owner.

Result: You know which campaign brought which call.

  6. Cost per quotation and per order

Spend read against enquiries, quotations and orders, set against the baseline recorded before the work starts.

Result: You judge ads on orders, not clicks.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches to bid on and block

The stone searches worth paying for, the ones to keep out, and where the click should land.

granite and marble supplier searches from builders and dealers
Bid. A project buyer wants a supplier. Land them on a processor page with capacity, finishes, sizes and a form for the project and quantity.
stone name plus use, such as black granite kitchen countertop
Bid, with its own page. Show finished work, edge options and how a site measurement is booked. Limit the area to where you can measure and fit.
export and importer searches
Bid, as a separate campaign aimed at the countries you ship to. Send the click to an export page with finishes, packing and sample terms.
tile price, small pieces and DIY searches
Block. Granite tile price per piece, cheap granite remnants and DIY countertop come from small buyers you do not serve. Add them as negatives from day one.
quarry lease, machinery, job and franchise searches
Block. Quarry lease, stone cutting machine price, stone factory job and starting a stone business come from people who are not buying slabs.
What counts as a real enquiry
A call or message that names a stone, an area or quantity, and a delivery location you supply. Count those, and mark the rest as rate checks.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the pay per click advertising work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the total budget

We agree the full paid advertising budget available across all platforms, rather than planning each one separately.

  2. 2

    Audit current platform performance

We compare existing campaigns on a shared basis to see where the budget currently performs best and worst.

  3. 3

    Build the cross-platform plan

Campaigns are structured across platforms with a shared measurement standard from the outset.

  4. 4

    Implement and monitor

Campaigns run with budget allocated dynamically based on real-time performance.

  5. 5

    Measure and reallocate

We report performance and shift budget toward what is working, within agreed limits.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we bid on our competitors' names?
It is allowed on Google, but it rarely pays for a stone processor, because the buyer already prefers the competitor. Spend on your own name and on the stone and use searches first.
Are call-only ads good for stone enquiries?
They suit homeowners who want a countertop and a quick answer, if someone picks up the phone. Project buyers usually prefer a form or a message, so test both before you settle.
Should we run ads on IndiaMART as well as Google?
They reach different buyers. IndiaMART reaches buyers already in a trade directory, Google reaches those who search directly. Read both against quotations and orders before deciding how much each deserves.
How do we track a call that comes from an ad?
Use a call-tracking number or a WhatsApp link with a code for each campaign, and ask each caller how they found you. Record the answer in the enquiry sheet on the same day.
Should we show our rate per square foot on the website?
Usually not. Stone rates change with the lot, the thickness and the quantity. Show finishes, sizes and uses, and ask for the project details so you can quote a fair rate for the actual job.
Are IndiaMART leads worth paying for?
They are worth testing if you reply quickly and record the outcome. Many enquiries are only rate checks, so count the ones that led to a sample or a visit before you decide how much to spend.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
