Metal fabrication and laser cutting units · Reputation management

A missed delivery date is what a purchase engineer tells the next one.

Reputation for a job shop is what buyers hear about your dates, your tolerances and how you behaved when a batch came back. Homeowners say it on Maps, purchase engineers say it to each other. GullySales sets up the monitoring, the reply routine and the review asks that actually suit each trade.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For metal fabrication and laser cutting units

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Industrial buyers never leave reviews, they just stop calling”

A rejected batch rarely becomes a comment online. It becomes silence, and the drawing goes to another shop with no explanation offered.

  • “Homeowners review gates and grills in detail”

A railing job brings a review naming the rate, the delay and the welding finish, and the next family in that street reads it.

  • “A rework handled well is worth more than a clean job”

Buyers already know parts come back sometimes. Who replaced it without argument is the story a purchase engineer repeats to his counterpart.

What we do

What we deliver for metal fabrication and laser cutting units.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Monitoring on Maps, JustDial and marketplaces

Regular checks of reviews and ratings across the places local buyers and marketplace buyers leave comments.

Result: A bad review is answered while it is still one review.

  2. Reply wording for delay, finish and rework

Factual prepared replies for the three complaints a fabrication shop gets, each saying what was checked and what was done.

Result: The next reader sees a shop that handles problems.

  3. A review ask built into job handover

A short request made at the point the gate is fitted or the batch is accepted, while the customer is looking at the work.

Result: Reviews come from finished jobs instead of from memory.

  4. Written references from industrial accounts

A short note collected from purchase heads who have used you for years, kept for vendor registration and outreach.

Result: You have proof from buyers who would never post publicly.

  5. A rework and rejection record

Every returned part logged with the job card, the cause and the action, so a reply can name a fact and a pattern can be seen.

Result: Quality complaints get fixed at the machine, not in the reply.

  6. A reputation summary

New reviews, replies sent, references collected and items still open, reported against the baseline recorded before work starts.

Result: Nothing sits unanswered for a month.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to do with each review

How to answer a purchase engineer, a contractor or a homeowner who has posted about a job.

Praise for a drawing-to-part job
Thank the buyer and name the work, such as 3mm MS brackets or a stainless enclosure. Ask the engineer to note the material and finish. Others searching want to see that you read drawings correctly.
Complaint about dimensions out of tolerance
Ask for the drawing revision and the part, then check your inspection sheet. If you were wrong, offer a remake. If the drawing changed late, show the revision date politely.
Complaint about burrs, rust or finish
Say which stage, such as cutting, bending or powder coat, and reply that the part is being re-inspected. Keep a photograph of the finished lot before dispatch.
Delay in a gate, grill or shed
Own the date, say what is pending, such as paint or hardware, and give a day when you will call. Check the order sheet for the promised date before you answer.
Review about price against another unit
Reply that your quote lists the material grade, thickness, finish and fixing, and invite a comparison on the same basis. Do not match a quote that cuts the thickness.
Review that looks fake or from a rival
Match the name against your job cards. If nothing matches, report it through the platform's own process and reply once, stating you cannot find a job.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the reputation management work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current perception

We start by actually searching your business name and reviewing what a stranger would currently see.

  2. 2

    Audit existing mentions

We catalogue reviews, mentions and search results, flagging anything negative or inaccurate.

  3. 3

    Plan responses

A calm, factual response is prepared for anything that needs one, agreed with you before posting.

  4. 4

    Implement monitoring

Ongoing checks are set up so new mentions are caught promptly rather than discovered by accident.

  5. 5

    Measure and report

Sentiment and response times are reported, with your business name searched again to see what has moved.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we ask an OEM purchase engineer for a Google review?
No. Most will not review a vendor publicly and some are not allowed to. Ask for a short written reference you can keep for vendor files, and save the review requests for the local work.
A homeowner has posted about a delayed gate. What do we do?
Reply plainly with what happened and what you did about it, then finish the job. Readers in that street care far more about the response than the delay itself.
Do buyers from factories read Google reviews?
Some do, especially for a first order, and a few look at IndiaMART or Justdial. Keep the listing correct and reply to what appears. Ask the purchase engineer for a short reference letter or a LinkedIn note as well, and show it with their permission.
A homeowner left a one-star review over a quote they did not accept. What do we write?
Reply politely that the quote is open and what it covered. Do not name them or share the amount. If the review has no connection to a job, report it through the platform and let the reply show how you work.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
