Plastic recycling companies · Digital marketing

Put your plant in front of moulders, aggregators and brand sourcing teams online.

Digital marketing for a plastic recycler joins your website, directory listings, search, social and messaging into one plan aimed at buyers and suppliers. GullySales decides with you which channel serves which side of the business and keeps the plan small enough to maintain.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For plastic recycling companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Two audiences, one budget”

Money spent on reaching moulders does nothing for feed supply, and the reverse is also true. Start by deciding which side is weaker this year and put effort there.

  • “Directories bring volume, your site brings trust”

A marketplace listing earns enquiries of every quality. A moulder who wants to check the plant lands on your site, and what is there decides whether the sample request is sent.

  • “Paid campaigns need a narrow target”

Bulk industrial buyers are few. A paid campaign that targets a whole country spends money on people who will never buy. Focus on the polymers, the regions and the industries you serve.

  • “Digital work must connect to the plant”

An enquiry that reaches an empty inbox, or a quote that waits on a manager's return, wastes the effort. The online side and the plant floor need one handover.

What we do

What we deliver for plastic recycling companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for both sides

A written plan showing which channels aim at buyers, which at suppliers, and what each is expected to deliver.

Result: You can see where each rupee of effort is aimed.

  2. Website and listing alignment

Your site, directory profiles and social pages made consistent on grades, location and contact method.

Result: A buyer finds the same facts on every page.

  3. A small search and paid test

A narrow campaign for chosen polymers and regions, with budget set by you and results shown plainly.

Result: You see what each enquiry cost and where it came from.

  4. Enquiry handover rules

Who receives each enquiry, how soon the team agrees to respond internally, and where it is recorded.

Result: Every online enquiry has a named owner at the plant.

  5. A review of results

A look at enquiries, samples and orders matched to the channel that brought them.

Result: Spending decisions rest on your own records.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Tie each online channel to a search or a question a buyer or supplier has.

recycled granules manufacturer in our state
Answered by the grade pages and the directory profile, both showing the same polymers, colours and plant address so a purchase head sees one consistent plant.
plastic scrap dealer rate
Answered by the supplier page and a Google Business Profile, which tell an aggregator what is bought and how payment is made without a long call.
brand take-back for plastic packaging
Answered by a producer information page on LinkedIn and the site, written for sourcing teams. Keep the claims to what the plant does and can document.
recycled plastic crate or pallet supplier
For finished goods, the product page with a photograph and the moulder or buyer type it suits. It is separate from the granule pages so the searches do not mix.
where to sell mixed plastic waste
Reached by a short paid search aimed at the towns the trucks cover, landing on the scrap buying page. Pause it when the plant has enough feed.
IndiaMART recycled plastic enquiry
A directory enquiry arriving without context. The reply asks for the polymer and machine, and the answer decides whether it joins the buyer list or is closed.

Who it is for

This is written for these plastic recycling companies.

  • PET bottle flake and fibre-grade recyclers
  • HDPE and PP granule makers for moulded goods and crates
  • LDPE film and agricultural plastic recyclers
  • Washing and pelletising units that process mixed post-consumer plastic
  • Recyclers who convert waste into finished goods like pipes, pallets and furniture
  • Industrial scrap recyclers buying regrind from moulders
  • Collection and aggregator businesses that sell sorted bales
  • Recyclers working with producers and brand owners on take-back

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your plant cannot handle more buyers this year, so more online enquiries would only add to a queue you cannot clear.
  • You have no one to read and reply to directory enquiries within the day, so spend on listings would go to waste.
  • Your lot sheets and grades are not yet settled, so a plan would promote products you might change.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small recycler start?
Start with a clear website, a good directory profile and a reliable enquiry routine. Add search and paid work once the basics reply well, so that new leads are not wasted.
Can digital marketing replace calling buyers?
No. In this trade the call and the sample still close the order. Online work brings in introductions and gives the caller something credible to point to.
Which side of the business should digital marketing serve first?
Start with whichever side is weaker this year. If feed supply is short, build the supplier path first, because a recycler with no bales cannot fill a buyer's order, and a new moulder lead would be one more promise you cannot keep.
Is paid advertising worth it for a local recycler?
Only in a narrow form. Heavy material sells within transport reach, so a paid search limited to your towns and polymers can reach a real buyer, while a country-wide campaign pays for clicks from places you cannot serve.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
