Medical device manufacturers · Local SEO

Get found by the hospitals and distributors in the territory you can service.

Local SEO for a medical device manufacturer is about territory: being found by hospitals, dealers and procurement teams in a particular state or city, and showing that a service engineer covers them. GullySales builds the regional pages, the office listings and the details a procurement officer checks before shortlisting anybody.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For medical device manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Procurement searches by city, because service is local”

A biomedical engineer in Coimbatore searches for a patient monitor supplier in Coimbatore, since he wants somebody who can be in the ward when it fails. A national site with one Bengaluru address does not answer that search.

  • “Where your engineers are posted decides what you may claim”

A page for a city with nobody stationed in it will win the enquiry and lose the tender at the service question. Coverage has to be written the way the biomedical team will check it.

  • “Distributors are searching for a manufacturer to represent”

A dealer in Indore looking for a line to add types the device category with his own state. A page naming the territories still open, and what a distributor gets, is the one that brings his call.

  • “A tender asks where the bidder is, and who fixes it”

Government and institutional tenders ask for the registered address and for who services the equipment in that district. A regional office listed and verified, matching the website exactly, keeps the bid from being queried.

What we do

What we deliver for medical device manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each territory you can genuinely serve

One page per state or city where an engineer or a distributor is in place, naming the device categories sold there and who covers the service.

Result: A city search finds a page you can stand behind in a tender.

  2. Verified listings for regional offices and service points

A separate listing for each regional office or service centre, with its local number and categories, kept consistent with the head office record.

Result: A hospital finds the nearest office instead of the factory.

  3. Service coverage stated in plain words

A written note of which cities have an engineer, which are covered from a neighbouring branch and which sit with a distributor.

Result: The biomedical team gets a straight answer before it asks.

  4. A distributor enquiry page by state

A page inviting dealers in the states still open, stating the categories, the support given and the person who replies to them.

Result: A dealer looking for a line to add reaches the right person.

  5. One name, address and number across every listing

Company name, address and phone number made identical on the website, the listings and the directories procurement teams look at.

Result: Nothing in a due-diligence check contradicts anything else.

  6. Enquiries tagged by city and by kind

Each enquiry recorded with the city it came from and whether it is a hospital, a distributor or a tender, set against the baseline from the audit.

Result: You can see which territory has earned an engineer.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. 01 · First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for medical device manufacturers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how clearly your certifications and specifications are shown, how distributor and direct enquiries are tracked, and how fast a demo gets scheduled.

  2. 2

Build trust before the demo request

Certifications, clinical evidence and clear specification pages that let a biomedical engineer shortlist you without a phone call.

  3. 3

Speed up the demonstration and quote process

A routine for scheduling demonstrations and following up distributor enquiries so neither waits behind the other.

  4. 4

    Bring in hospitals and distributors

Search visibility, exhibition follow-up and outreach built around the device category and buyer type you want more of.

  5. 5

    Keep the account

After-sales service tracking, spare parts reminders and tender renewal follow-up so a first order becomes a repeat one.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

We sell through distributors. Why do we need city pages?
The hospital still searches locally, and what it finds decides whether your distributor gets called. The same page tells a dealer in that city that a line is available to take.
Should we list an address in a city where we have no office?
No. A listing needs a real, staffed address, and a hospital that turns up at an empty one stops trusting the rest of what you say. Cover that city from the nearest branch page and say so plainly.
Should our product pages state the device's risk class?
Yes. Under the Medical Devices Rules, 2017, each device falls in class A, B, C or D, and a biomedical engineer checks that class against your licence. Showing both on the page saves a round of emails before the demo.
Can we name the hospitals that already use our device?
Only with each hospital's written permission, and stated as a fact rather than an endorsement. Many hospitals refuse, so we plan the page to work without names. An installation count by city or specialty is a safer form of proof when you can verify it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
