Medical supplies distributors · Search engine optimisation

Be the page that answers when a store keeper searches for the item.

SEO for a medical supplies distributor is getting your pages found when a hospital, clinic or lab searches for an item, a pack size or an authorised supplier in your town. GullySales builds the item pages, brand authorisation pages and territory pages that purchase teams and manufacturers both search for.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For medical supplies distributors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The manufacturer and the marketplace take the first results”

A search for an item name returns the principal's catalogue and a trader's listing from another state. A page that adds your stock, your delivery towns and your authorisation has something they do not.

  • “Buyers search by gauge and pack, not by brand story”

A store keeper types the gauge, the pack quantity and the brand. A page that says only quality cannulas at best prices matches none of it.

  • “Two audiences search in different words”

A purchase manager looks for a supplier near the hospital. A manufacturer's area manager looks for a distributor for a district. Most distributor sites speak to neither.

What we do

What we deliver for medical supplies distributors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Item pages built from your own stock list

Each page carries the specification, pack size, brand, shelf life as supplied and the quote button, written from your price list so it matches what the counter says.

Result: Searches for a specific item land on a page you control.

  2. An authorised distributor page for each brand

The brand, the territory you hold, the products you stock under it and a link to the authorisation, with the manufacturer's permission for any logo or image.

Result: A hospital checking whether you are genuine finds the answer in one place.

  3. Territory pages for the towns you deliver to

One page per district or town you serve, naming what you hold locally, the delivery run and the institutions you already supply with their consent.

Result: A buyer in Hubballi finds a distributor who delivers to Hubballi.

  4. Pages for hospitals, labs and new clinics

Separate pages for each buyer type covering rate contracts, documents, starter packs and how an order is raised, since each searches differently.

Result: A lab technician and a hospital store keeper each reach a page written for them.

  5. Marketplace and website matched line by line

Item names, specifications and the phone number made identical on IndiaMART, Google Business Profile and your site, so the listings support one another.

Result: Search engines and buyers see one distributor, not three versions.

  6. Search enquiries traced to the page

Calls and forms tagged to the page that produced them, set against the baseline from the audit.

Result: You can tell which pages bring orders, not only visits.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What a store keeper, a lab or a manufacturer types when looking for a distributor, and the page that answers it.

A home-care page. Say whether you sell or hire, how a demonstration is arranged, who installs and who services it, and what a family should have ready at discharge.
authorised distributor for a named brand in Karnataka
A brand page. State the territory you hold, the products stocked and the authorisation held, and publish the letter if the manufacturer allows it.

A consumables page. Name the glove types and sizes, pack quantity, batch and expiry practice, and the rate contract terms you offer to hospital stores.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for medical supplies distributors

  1. 1

Read the billing and enquiry history

In the free audit we look at your invoice history, your outstanding, your open quotes and how requirement lists reach the sales team today.

  2. 2

Fix the quote and enquiry path

Every requirement list logged once, owned by one person, with a date to call back and a note when it is lost.

  3. 3

Put the catalogue and the proof online

Item pages, brand authorisation pages and a distributor profile that a purchase team and a manufacturer can both read in one sitting.

  4. 4

    Work the institutions nobody calls

A named list of hospitals, nursing homes and labs in your territory, approached with a stock and rate offer and tracked until they order or say no.

  5. 5

Report by account and by item

Orders, quotes and recovered lines set against the baseline recorded before anything changed, with the reporting routine agreed in writing after the audit.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a separate page for every product in the catalogue?
No. Start with the items that sell and carry margin, a short list. A thin page for every code reads as copied stock and does not rank. Add pages as the counter reports repeated questions about an item.
Can we copy the manufacturer's descriptions and images?
Only with permission, and copying brings no ranking gain because the manufacturer's own site already carries that text. Write what the manufacturer's page does not: your pack sizes, your stock, your delivery area and how you handle a damaged carton.
Is a blog worth writing for a distributor?
A few pieces are, if they answer questions your counter hears: how to choose a cannula gauge for a ward, what a hospital rate contract needs, how to store reagents. Write for the buyer's store, not for patients, and keep to what the product label allows.
Should each town we deliver to get its own page?
Only where you really deliver and can name something local, such as the institutions you supply with consent or the route you run. Dozens of near-identical town pages with the name swapped are the sort Google treats as thin.
Is IndiaMART worth keeping as a medical supplies distributor?
Keep it if your records show hospital and clinic orders from it. Screen every enquiry for buyer type, items and quantity, and judge the listing on orders won. If most calls are individuals and rival traders, cut the plan and put the money into your own product pages.
Our principal controls the product claims. What can we put on our own site?
Use what the manufacturer has approved for the product, its label wording and the images it allows, and nothing stronger. Ask the regional manager for written permission before you reuse brand material. Your own value is stock, delivery, installation and service, so write about those.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
