Business networking organizations · Website

Give each chapter a page that tells a visitor when, where and which seats are open.

A website for a networking group is the set of pages that tell an owner how the group works, where each chapter meets and which seats are vacant. GullySales works on the page structure, the plain wording and the visit form that reaches a named person.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For business networking organizations

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor wants three facts before anything else”

When does the chapter meet, where, and may I come as a guest. If those three sit under a long story of the group's history, the owner closes the tab and the invitation is wasted.

  • “A page for the whole network hides the local chapter”

The parent site speaks of the movement, while the visitor wants the chapter within reach of their office. A list of chapters by city, each leading to its own page, gets them to the right room.

  • “The vacant seat is the best call to action”

An architect reading that the architect's seat is open knows the page is about them. A list of open trades beside the visit form turns a general page into a specific invitation.

  • “A form that goes nowhere loses the guest”

If the visit form lands in an inbox no one checks, the guest waits and forgets. The form needs a named recipient, a reply that confirms receipt and an entry in the guest record.

What we do

What we deliver for business networking organizations.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A chapter page template

A layout with meeting day, venue, how to visit, vacant seats and a contact, filled in for each chapter.

Result: Every chapter publishes the same set of facts.

  2. A directory of chapters by city

A page listing each chapter by city and area, linking to its own page.

Result: A visitor finds the chapter nearest to them.

  3. A visit form with a named owner

A short form asking for name, trade and preferred meeting, routed to one office-bearer and logged.

Result: Each request reaches a person who replies.

  4. A members-and-trades page

A list of trades represented and trades open, kept current by one person, with member names shown only with consent.

Result: A visitor can check whether their trade is open.

  5. A page for launching a chapter

A page that explains the founding-member drive and takes sign-ups for a new city.

Result: Founding interest is collected in one place.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the website list member names?
Only with each member's written consent. Listing trades and open seats gives the visitor what they need without naming anyone who has not agreed.
Do we need a separate site for every chapter?
No. One site with a page per chapter is easier to keep current and gives every chapter the same structure. Separate sites fall out of date at different times.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
