Meditation organizations · Website

Build one site where a visitor can find the method, the course and the nearest centre.

A website for a meditation organization is the home of the method's description, the course calendar and the page for every chapter. GullySales works on the structure, the writing and the editing rules so the site stays correct while volunteers come and go.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For meditation organizations

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page speaks to insiders”

A page full of the organization's own terms and the founder's quotations reads well to a member. A visitor who has never sat wants to know what the practice is and where the nearest course is, and cannot find either.

  • “The course dates are typed by hand in many places”

The same date appears on a home page, a course page and a poster image. When it changes, one is updated and the others are not. Dates should come from one calendar that every page reads.

  • “The site does not work well on a phone”

Most visitors read on a phone, often between other tasks. A page that needs pinching and zooming, or a form that is hard to fill, loses the person before the course is read.

  • “Only one volunteer can edit it”

The person who built the site holds the only login. When they step back, nobody can change a date, and the site quietly goes out of date.

What we do

What we deliver for meditation organizations.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure by visitor need

Clear routes for a newcomer, a participant, a volunteer and an institution, with the method, the courses and the centres within reach.

Result: Each type of visitor reaches their page without searching.

  2. A single course calendar

One source of dates, venues and seat status that feeds every course and chapter page.

Result: A date changed once is changed everywhere.

  3. Chapter pages from one template

The same layout for every centre, holding timings, teacher, venue, map and an enquiry form.

Result: Every chapter page answers the same questions.

  4. A method page written with the senior teachers

A plain description of the practice, a session and who should speak to a doctor first, without claims of effect.

Result: A visitor can judge whether the method suits them.

  5. A phone-first layout

Pages designed on a phone, with large buttons, short forms and light images.

Result: The course page and form work on a basic handset.

  6. Editing roles and a handover note

Several named editors with the right access, and a written guide to the common changes.

Result: A date can be changed by someone other than the builder.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site have a donation page?
If the organization accepts donations, say clearly what they are for and how to give. Donation and collection rules differ by state and by the type of body, so check with your own adviser.
How should we show teachers?
With their agreement, and with a plain line on their role and training. Do not describe a teacher in terms of what they have attained, and do not make claims about what a teacher can bring about.
Can we keep our current site?
Often a structure and writing change is enough, without a rebuild. We look at what is there, and rebuild only the parts that cannot carry the calendar or the chapter pages.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
