Religious event organizers · Lead generation

Reach the host while the muhurat is still being fixed, not after the date is taken.

Lead generation for a religious event organizer means putting your name in front of families, committees and trusts at the point they begin planning a katha, jagran or utsav. GullySales works on event-type pages, committee outreach and a clean log of every enquiry so none is lost between calls.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For religious event organizers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The planning window is short and the calendar sets it”

A host who has fixed a muhurat for a bhagwat saptah wants a name within days. The organizer who is already listed on a page for that event type, with a clear menu, is called first. The one found late is called second, if at all.

  • “Committees choose in groups, so one contact is a whole society”

A Ganesh festival or Navratri enquiry comes from a secretary on behalf of a society or mandal. The decision is shared on a group chat, which means your note must be easy to forward and carry photographs and a range a committee can discuss.

  • “A home puja host and a temple trust are different leads”

A family planning a griha pravesh asks about the pandit and samagri. A trust planning an utsav asks about programme, sound, seating and references. One generic pitch speaks to neither, so each lead type needs its own page and its own first reply.

  • “Past hosts are the warmest source and the least asked”

A family that held a satyanarayan puja last year has an anniversary or a festival coming. Without a record of who they are and what you ran, that return enquiry never gets a prompt.

What we do

What we deliver for religious event organizers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Event-type landing pages

One page each for katha, jagran, society festival, home puja and corporate puja, with what is included and a range by headcount.

Result: Each page answers what a host of that event type asks before calling.

  2. Committee and trust outreach list

A list of societies, mandals and trusts in your area with the secretary or convener, kept up to date by you and used by us for notes ahead of each festival.

Result: Before each festival you can see which committees were written to.

  3. An enquiry log with source

Every enquiry recorded with event type, date, headcount, venue and where the host heard of you.

Result: You can read which source brings which kind of event.

  4. A past-host reminder list

Hosts of earlier events listed with the family occasion that will bring them back.

Result: The list shows whom to message before the next anniversary or festival.

  5. A forwardable one-page offer

A single sheet, built for WhatsApp, that a secretary can drop into a committee group.

Result: The sheet opens cleanly on a phone and names what is included.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Which leads should I go after first?
Start with the event types where your pandits and vendors have the spare time and your albums are strongest. We set this out with you after reading your calendar. A narrow start gives you a cleaner record of what works.
Do I need to pay for ads to get leads?
Not always. Referrals from societies, trusts and past hosts carry much of the work. Search ads are worth considering in the weeks before a major festival, when hosts look for an organiser nearby. Check the platform's current rules before running them.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
