Sports associations · Website

Build one site for entries, fixtures and the sponsor's offer.

A website for a sports association is the association's own address for entries, fixtures, results, trials and sponsor information. GullySales works on the pages, the entry form and the archive behind it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For sports associations

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is a noticeboard that never updates”

A site last changed two seasons ago is worse than none, because it shows old dates with confidence. A small site the secretary can update easily beats a large one nobody touches.

  • “Parents want the entry on a phone”

Visitors open the page on a phone at the ground gate. A form that needs a laptop, a scanner or a printout loses the entry; a short mobile form with a photo upload for age proof keeps it.

  • “Sponsors judge the association by its page”

A dealer looks at the website before the call. Clean fixtures, a results archive and a sponsors page with last year's placements make the association look run, not improvised.

  • “Results are the page everyone returns to”

Players come back to see standings and old scores. A results section that is easy to scan, with each season at one fixed address, is the part of the site that earns repeat visits.

What we do

What we deliver for sports associations.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page with four routes

Enter, fixtures and results, trials, sponsors, each one tap away.

Result: A visitor reaches what they came for from the first screen.

  2. A mobile entry form

Player details, age group, guardian consent and age proof upload, feeding the registration sheet.

Result: Entries arrive as rows, not as paper.

  3. A fixtures and results section

Pages by sport, age group and season, with standings in text.

Result: The latest schedule is one page, and old seasons stay open.

  4. A sponsors page

Current partners, what each supports and an enquiry form for new ones.

Result: A prospective sponsor can see what a partner receives.

  5. An about and governance page

Office-bearers, affiliation details as supplied by the federation, bylaws and contact routes.

Result: Visitors can confirm who runs the association.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who updates the site after launch?
A named office-bearer, with a stand-in. GullySales sets up the pages so that a fixture or result is a short edit, and writes a one-page guide for it.
Can the site take entry fees online?
Yes, through a payment provider in ordinary use in India. Decide who receives the money and keeps receipts, and check accounting and fund-handling rules with your own adviser.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
