Aquaculture feed suppliers · Search engine optimisation

Be the page a technician or farm manager finds when they search for a feed.

SEO for an aquaculture feed supplier is the work of making your product pages and technical pages findable by the people who search before they switch brands. GullySales works on how each feed is named, what the page explains and which searches your pond-side buyers actually type.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For aquaculture feed suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search by species and stage”

A farm manager types the species and the growth stage, not your brand. Pages titled only with a product code have nothing for that search to match. Name each feed by the species and stage it is made for, in plain words.

  • “Dealers search for a brand they can sell”

A prospective dealer looks for the company, the product range and a way to apply. A site without a dealer page loses that person to a competitor who has one. Give the dealer route its own page and its own heading.

  • “Technical readers want specifics you can stand behind”

A hatchery operator or integrator reads the product page for pellet type, size range and handling. State only what your technical head has confirmed, and leave out performance claims you have not measured.

  • “Local language search is thinly served”

Farmers in a coastal or inland district search in their own language, and few feed sites answer in it. A short page in the district's language, checked by your own staff, meets a search that competitors leave open.

What we do

What we deliver for aquaculture feed suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Search term map by species, stage and role

A list of the phrases a farmer, technician, hatchery operator and dealer use, grouped by who is searching and what they need.

Result: A reference list your site pages are written against.

  2. Product page rewrite

Each feed gets a page that names the species, the stage, the pellet form and the handling notes, with wording approved by your technical head.

Result: Product pages a buyer can compare without a call.

  3. Dealer enquiry page

A page for stockists with what you look for in a dealer, what support you give and a form that reaches your sales head.

Result: Dealer enquiries arrive with the district named.

  4. Language pages

Short pages in the languages your farmers use, reviewed by someone on your team before publication.

Result: Pages a farmer can read without translating.

  5. Page titles and headings review

A pass over titles, headings and image names so each page states what it covers, with a list of changes for whoever manages the site.

Result: A change list your web person can work through.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Will SEO bring farmers directly to us?
Some. Farmers still follow the neighbour and the dealer, so the larger gain is with dealers, hatcheries, farm managers and integrators who research online. We do not promise rankings, and we report which pages are being found.
Can we publish feed comparison tables?
Only with figures from your own measured trials, approved by your technical head. A comparison with another brand invites trouble. State what your feed is made for and let the farm trial write-ups carry the evidence.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
