Aquaculture feed suppliers · WhatsApp marketing

Reach the farmer where the price list and the pond photograph already travel.

WhatsApp marketing for an aquaculture feed supplier means using the business number for feeding guidance, dealer news and farm queries, with each contact's agreement. GullySales works on the number set-up, the lists, the message types and who answers.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For aquaculture feed suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Farmers already send you photographs”

A farmer who sees something odd in the pond sends a picture to the technician. A business account with a named responder turns that habit into a record, instead of a thread lost in a personal phone.

  • “Price-list forwards are what farmers expect and tire of”

If every message is a rate card, farmers stop opening them. Mix guidance and dealer news in with price messages so the number is worth keeping.

  • “Broadcast lists need agreement”

Add a contact to a list only after they agree to receive messages, and give a simple way out. A farmer added without asking blocks the number, and then your technician's messages are blocked too.

  • “Local language is the main channel”

A voice note in the district language is understood faster than written English. Keep a short bank of approved voice notes the field team can send. Check the platform's current rules for business messaging.

What we do

What we deliver for aquaculture feed suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business number set-up

Setting up the business profile, the catalogue of feeds and the greeting, with a named person for replies.

Result: A number farmers can recognise as yours.

  2. List design with consent

Separate lists for farmers, dealers and hatcheries, each with a record of how the contact agreed to join.

Result: Lists you can defend if a contact asks.

  3. Message bank

Approved templates for feeding guidance, stock arrival, scheme news and visit confirmations, in English and the district language.

Result: Messages ready for the field team to send.

  4. Reply routing

A rule for which questions go to a technician, which to a dealer and which to the sales head.

Result: Each query reaches the right person.

  5. Photograph and query log

A way to save farmer photographs and questions against the farm record.

Result: The technician sees the history before replying.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send bulk messages to farmers?
Only to contacts who agreed to receive them, and within the platform's current rules, which you should check before each campaign. Keep the volume to what is useful. A farmer who blocks the number is lost for every message.
Should dealers be in the same group as farmers?
No. Dealers talk margin and stock; farmers talk ponds and feed. Keep them on separate lists so a scheme meant for a counter does not reach the farmer, and so a farmer's complaint is not read by a competitor's dealer.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
