Casting agencies · Local SEO

Let a performer in your city find a real office on a real map.

Local SEO for a casting agency is the listing, the address and the local pages that show where you work and which city's talent you serve. GullySales sets up and maintains the details a performer or a visiting production checks on a map.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For casting agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A map listing is the first proof of a real office”

An aspirant looking at a casting call checks the map for an address before travelling. A listing with the office, a photograph of the entrance and opening details settles the question. A missing one invites the scam worry.

  • “Open-call days send people to a venue”

When you hold a public call, people search for the venue and the route. A listing or page with the date, the entry point and a plain note on what to carry saves a crowd from standing in the wrong lane.

  • “Productions look for local casting when they shoot in a new city”

A crew arriving to shoot in a city searches for casting support there. A page that says which cities you cast in, and which languages, is found by that search instead of by a general one.

  • “Reviews from talent are sensitive”

A performer's review of a casting agency may mention a rejected audition. Ask for reviews with care, never for a favourable one, and never from a minor. Reply to every review calmly, because producers read them too.

What we do

What we deliver for casting agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A complete map listing

Name, address, contact route, entrance photograph and a short description of what you cast.

Result: The listing matches the details on your site.

  2. City pages for where you cast

One page for each city where you hold calls or source talent, with the languages covered.

Result: Each city page names the office or venue.

  3. An open-call venue note

A short page or post with the date, the venue, the route and what to bring, posted for each public call.

Result: The venue page is live before the call day.

  4. A review reply guide

Notes on how to thank, how to answer a complaint and what never to post about a performer.

Result: Replies follow the guide and name no performer.

  5. A listing check

A look at every directory entry for the same name and address.

Result: No two listings show different addresses.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show our full office address?
If performers visit the office, yes, because a visible address is what separates a genuine agency from a fake one. If you work by appointment only, say so on the listing and the page.
Can a casting agency run from a home office and still have a listing?
Yes, if you serve visitors by appointment. Say so plainly on the listing and the page, and consider hiding the street address if people do not visit. The aim is a listing that tells a performer how to reach a real desk.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
