Casting agencies · Website

Build a site that a producer trusts in a minute and a performer trusts in less.

A website for a casting agency is the page a producer opens to check your credits and a performer opens to check you are genuine. GullySales plans and writes the pages, the sign-up form and the consent wording.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For casting agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The credits page is the front door”

A producer sent your name goes straight to credits. Projects you may name, grouped by film, series and ad film with the type of casting involved, answer the question faster than a page of general claims.

  • “The sign-up form is a consent form”

A form that gathers photographs and details should explain what is stored, who sees it and how to withdraw. For a minor, it should ask for a parent's or guardian's consent. A form that skips this exposes both the performer and you.

  • “Talent need a way to check the agency”

A page with the office address, the policy on fees and a plain guide to spotting fake calls turns a hesitant visitor into a sign-up. It also gives you a link to send when someone asks whether you are real.

  • “Showing the pool needs care”

Public profiles of performers must match what each performer agreed to. A sample with consent, plus a private route for producers to ask for the shortlist, protects the pool and still shows range.

What we do

What we deliver for casting agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A credits and capability section

Pages for each type of casting, with credits you may name and the languages covered.

Result: Each credit appears with its casting type.

  2. A sign-up form with consent

A form for adults and a separate one for guardians of minors, with a clear storage and withdrawal note.

Result: Each submission carries a consent record.

  3. A genuine-agency page

Address, contact route, fee policy and a guide to checking a casting call.

Result: The page is linked from every call post.

  4. A producer enquiry form

A short form asking project, language, cast types and dates, with a note on how replies are handled.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with the details a shortlist needs.

  5. A sample talent gallery

A small set of consented profiles or showreels, with a private route for the full pool.

Result: Every shown profile has consent on file.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the full talent database be public?
No. Show a consented sample and keep the full pool private, so that producers ask you for a shortlist. GullySales will settle with you which entries go on view.
How many pages does the site need?
As many as there are distinct searches and questions: types of casting, credits, talent sign-up and the genuine-agency page. GullySales plans the set around those, not around a page count.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
