Cinema halls and multiplexes · Social media

Post what is on screen this week in a way your town can book in one tap.

Social media marketing for a cinema hall means putting the week's titles, the hall's offers and the private screening option in front of the town on the platforms it already uses. GullySales works on the posting plan, the creative templates and the link from each post to a booking route.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For cinema halls and multiplexes

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A poster alone does not sell a seat”

A post that shows the film name and no show time, language or booking link makes the buyer hunt for the rest. Every post needs the details needed to act on it.

  • “The audience follows a place, not only a film”

People who follow the hall want to know what is new, what is on at a lower price and when a special show is planned. A page that posts only trailers misses that reason to follow.

  • “Short videos from the lobby carry trust”

A clip of the entrance, the seats and the food counter shows a buyer who has not visited what the evening will feel like. It answers questions that a poster cannot.

  • “Comments and messages are bookings waiting”

A question under a post about seats together or a Sunday show is a buyer. A page that answers two days later loses the evening.

What we do

What we deliver for cinema halls and multiplexes.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A posting plan tied to the programme

A calendar that follows the hall's film schedule, offers and events, with space for local interest.

Result: The team knows what to post before the schedule changes.

  2. Templates for showtime posts and stories

Layouts with title, language, format, show time and booking link, ready to fill in.

Result: A new post takes a few minutes of editing and not a new design.

  3. Short video of the hall

A set of clips of the entrance, auditorium, food counter and staff, used across the year.

Result: The hall has video of its own place to post when no trailer is available.

  4. A message reply guide

Short answers for seat, price, parking, food and private screening questions.

Result: Every message gets the same clear answer from whoever is on shift.

  5. A route from post to booking

Links and call-to-action text that send a buyer to the booking page or the enquiry desk.

Result: Each post ends in a step the buyer can take.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should a cinema hall start with?
Instagram and WhatsApp reach the film-going audience, and Facebook serves older family groups where they are active. Start where your own audience already messages the hall and add platforms only when someone can maintain them.
Should we post every trailer?
Post a trailer when it carries the show time and booking link, and skip it when it only repeats what the studio posted. The hall's own voice and local details are what the studio page cannot supply.
How do we handle a bad comment in public?
Reply once, politely, state what the hall will look into and move the details to a private message. Delete only abuse or spam. A visible, calm reply tells other readers the hall listens.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
