Concert organisers · Digital marketing

Spend where the ticket buyer and the sponsor already look, up to the night itself.

Digital marketing for a concert organiser joins search, social, paid ads, WhatsApp and email into one plan for a show with a fixed date. GullySales works on how the channels divide the work, how spend follows the price tiers and how results are read by source.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For concert organisers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The date does not move”

A concert cannot be rescheduled to catch a late campaign. Each channel has to do its part within the window between announcement and gates, so the plan is built backward from show day.

  • “Channels do different jobs”

Reels spread the lineup, search catches the fan who already knows the name, WhatsApp closes the sale and email reaches the sponsor. Treating them as interchangeable wastes the effort.

  • “Paid reach needs a destination”

An advertisement that sends a fan to a slow or confusing page pays for the visit and loses the sale. The page, the replies and the ticket link should be ready before spend begins.

  • “Without sources, the next show starts blind”

If nobody recorded where buyers came from, the next budget is set by memory and mood. A source on every ticket, enquiry and sponsor lead makes the next plan evidence-based.

What we do

What we deliver for concert organisers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan built backward from show day

Which channel carries which message in each stretch before the gates, tied to the price tiers.

Result: A one-page plan that shows every channel against the dates.

  2. Audience set-up from your own list

Custom audiences from permitted past buyers and from page viewers, within the ad platform's current rules.

Result: Ads reach people who have already shown interest.

  3. Source tracking from first click to ticket

Links, codes and a short question at checkout, so each sale and each enquiry carries its origin.

Result: Tickets sold can be read by source.

  4. A sponsor-facing campaign summary

A plain account of what ran, where the brand appeared and what fans did, built from the same tracking.

Result: A summary a sponsor can place in front of their own team.

  5. A post-show review

Which channels earned tickets, which wasted spend and what to change for the next announcement.

Result: A short list of changes carried into the next plan.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should a small organiser spend on ads?
Only after the show page, the replies and the tracking work. Start with a modest test to a list of past buyers and page viewers, and read the results before adding more.
How do we divide spend between channels?
Set it against the buying journey: awareness early, then search and retargeting as interest builds, then reminders to those already on your list. Revisit it as the sources report back.
Can digital marketing alone sell out a show?
No promise can be made. Digital work gives the show a fair chance to be seen and bought, while the artist, the price and the venue shape the result.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
