Drip irrigation providers · Digital marketing

Reach growers on the phone before planting, and measure surveys, not clicks.

Digital marketing for a drip provider joins search, maps, video, WhatsApp and adverts into one effort aimed at a survey booking. GullySales plans it around the planting calendar and the crops you install on, and reports on surveys and orders, not on clicks.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For drip irrigation providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The calendar is the strategy”

Growers decide on irrigation in the weeks before planting, and each crop has its own window. Spending evenly through the year wastes effort in dull months and underfeeds the busy ones. The plan starts with a calendar of crops and windows.

  • “Clicks are not surveys”

An advert that gets a flood of clicks from outside your area, or from curious viewers, adds no survey. The measure is a booked visit from a grower in a village you serve, so the advert, the page and the form all point at that.

  • “The phone is the whole journey”

The farmer sees a video, searches the firm's name, reads one page and calls or messages, all on a phone. Each step must load, read in the local language and offer the next step without a long form.

  • “Offline and online are one chain”

A farmer who saw your plot, heard from a dealer and then searched your name is one customer reached by several routes. Counting only the click gives the advert credit it did not earn, so the register should ask how the farmer heard.

What we do

What we deliver for drip irrigation providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A planting-calendar plan

A plan of crops, districts and windows, with the channels used for each.

Result: A one-page calendar that shows what runs when and for which crop.

  2. A survey booking route

One short form and one WhatsApp link that ask for village, crop, area and water source.

Result: The same short route on every advert and page.

  3. Search and map groundwork

Crop and district pages, and a business profile with service areas and plot photographs.

Result: Pages and a profile that answer a crop-and-district search.

  4. Video and advert creative

Short phone videos of real plots, and advert copy in the local language, built for the booking route.

Result: A set of ads and videos that each name a crop.

  5. A survey-based report

A report of surveys, quotes and orders by source and village, drawn from your register.

Result: A report your team can check against its own records.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which channel should we start with?
Start where your last farmers say they found you. If the bulk came through dealers and neighbours, begin with the referral note, the map profile and WhatsApp, and add adverts when the survey route is ready.
How much should we spend on adverts?
Set it from the number of surveys your team can complete in the season, not from a target on clicks. There is no point paying for more enquiries than the team can visit.
Can we run adverts about subsidies?
Say that farmers should check scheme eligibility with the department or bank, and that you help with a document checklist. Rules differ by state and change, so do not state amounts or approvals in an advert.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
