Education franchise brands · Digital marketing

Plan digital work across head office and centres so spend follows admissions.

Digital marketing for an education franchise brand means deciding which online work head office does, which each centre does, and how both are timed to admission waves. GullySales works on the plan, the split of responsibilities and the way results are read by city and centre.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For education franchise brands

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Spend scattered over cities cannot be compared”

Head office runs ads for the brand, centres run their own boosts and nobody records which produced an admission. Without a common record, the next budget is set by whoever argues loudest.

  • “Admission waves set the calendar”

Reopening, result weeks and holidays are when parents act. A plan that starts after the wave begins has missed the first and best enquiries. Set the digital calendar backward from those dates.

  • “A national ad sends a parent to a distant centre”

An ad that shows the brand without the nearest centre produces an enquiry that goes nowhere. Local targeting and a routing rule tie the ad to a door the parent can reach.

  • “The franchise sale needs its own digital effort”

Selling centres is slower and more considered than selling admissions. It needs pages, case descriptions of running centres, and follow-up that respects the candidate's decision time.

What we do

What we deliver for education franchise brands.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A split of responsibilities

A list of what head office does, what each centre does and what is shared.

    Result: A written responsibility chart.

  2. An admission calendar by city

Campaign dates matched to local school reopening, results and holidays.

Result: A dated plan for each city.

  3. Source tracking for enquiries

A common way of labelling every enquiry by source and centre.

Result: A single sheet comparing sources.

  4. Local ad structure

Ad groups built around each centre's catchment, linked to that centre's page.

Result: Every ad lands on a page for a centre a parent can reach.

  5. A franchise sale plan

Online steps for attracting and following candidate owners, separate from parent campaigns.

Result: A separate track for owner enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

How should the budget be shared between head office and centres?
That is your decision, based on your fee model. Some brands pool a fund and some leave local boosts to centres. Whichever you choose, record spend and enquiries in the same way.
What should we measure?
Enquiries by source, trial classes booked, admissions against trials and reply time on parent messages. These are your own records. We do not quote benchmark figures.
Do we need to run ads at all?
Not always. A brand with strong listings and referrals may begin there. Paid work is useful when a centre needs to reach a locality, and it should follow a tested page and reply routine.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
