EV charging installation companies · Website

Give the committee a site that explains the install before anyone calls you.

A website for an EV charging installer is the page a secretary or facility head opens to judge whether you understand their kind of building. GullySales works on the structure, the explanations and the survey booking route that turn that visit into an enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For EV charging installation companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor checks you before calling”

A secretary who has your name from the group searches it and reads the site. If it shows a list of charger models and no sign of societies, they move on. The first screen must say which buildings you fit and where.

  • “Phones carry the viewing”

Committee members and facility heads open the link from a message on their phones. A site that loads slowly, or has a form that is hard to fill with a thumb, loses the visit before a word is read.

  • “Proof must be real and permitted”

Photographs of finished bays, with the owner's consent, are worth more than product images. Names of societies and offices appear only where the owner agreed. Never show a site you have not fitted.

  • “The form decides the quality of the lead”

A form that asks only for a name and number returns price hunters. One that asks for building type, bays and the decision-maker returns projects, and it lets sales prepare before the first call.

What we do

What we deliver for EV charging installation companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page that names the buildings you fit

Clear wording on societies, offices, hotels, dealerships, fleets and homes, with the cities you serve.

Result: A visitor sees on the first screen whether you fit their building.

  2. Pages for each site type

Dedicated pages with the install steps, common worries and a route to book a survey.

Result: Each buyer lands on a page about their own building.

  3. A survey booking form with project fields

A form asking building type, bays wanted, parking location and the contact who decides.

Result: Enquiries arrive with what the survey team needs.

  4. An installed-sites gallery

Photographs and short descriptions of finished work, used only with the owner's consent.

Result: Visitors see real installs with the building type named.

  5. Downloadable explainers

The society explainer and survey preparation sheet, available to download or forward.

Result: A secretary can take your pages straight to the committee.

  6. Phone speed and tracking set up

Checks for load speed on a phone, plus tracking on forms, calls and WhatsApp taps.

Result: Every enquiry from the site is counted by source.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a page for every city?
No. Build strong pages for each site type and name the cities you serve on them with real work behind each. A long run of thin city pages adds little and weakens the site.
Should we show prices on the site?
Every survey changes the work, so a fixed price is seldom accurate. Explain what changes the cost and offer the survey. If your team chooses to publish a starting figure, it should be one they will honour.
Can we use photographs from clients' sites?
Only with their written permission, and without residents, vehicle numbers or flat numbers visible. Ask at handover while the relationship is good, and keep the reply on file.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
