Event equipment rental · Digital marketing

Join the website, the map, the chat and the ad so one enquiry arrives from each.

Digital marketing for an event equipment rental store is the joined-up use of search, maps, social media, WhatsApp and paid ads to bring in planners, caterers and families. GullySales works on which channels fit your stock and town, and how each is measured.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For event equipment rental

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Stock sets the ceiling, not the budget”

A store with a fixed number of stages and chairs cannot serve unlimited bookings. Marketing that fills the calendar and then adds enquiries you cannot serve costs money and goodwill, so channels follow free dates.

  • “Planners are one channel, families another”

A planner finds you through memory, referral and a chat. A family finds you through search and the map. A plan that treats them as one audience spends on the wrong message, so each channel has its own job.

  • “Seasons change the work”

In the wedding months the task is to book the right jobs at the right rate. In the quiet months it is to find corporate and institutional work. A year plan names what each month is for, and moves the effort with the calendar.

  • “Paid ads suit the gaps”

Ads aimed at families in your towns, a few weeks before a muhurtham window, can fill a free weekend. Ads in a month when every item is out only add calls you must refuse, so spend follows the stock calendar.

What we do

What we deliver for event equipment rental.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan tied to stock

A plan that names the job of search, map, social, WhatsApp and ads, against the dates you have free.

Result: Each channel has a stated job and a way to measure it.

  2. A tracking set-up

Call, form and WhatsApp enquiries tagged by source so you can see where each one came from.

Result: Every enquiry carries a source tag.

  3. A season calendar

A year view of wedding, festival, corporate and school events in your region with the messages for each.

Result: The calendar says what each month is for.

  4. Ad accounts built for your towns

Search and social ad accounts with the towns, item terms and a daily limit that you set, within the platform's current rules.

Result: Ads reach buyers in towns you deliver to.

  5. A plain reading of results

A plain report built from the enquiry log, comparing sources, event types and bookings.

Result: You can see which channel filled which date.

  6. A hand-off to your team

Written notes and training for the staff who run the day-to-day posts, replies and records.

Result: Your team can run the routine without us.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should a small rental store start with?
Start with the Google Business Profile, a clean WhatsApp Business account and a website that shows your own stock. These three bring in enquiries at the lowest cost and give any ad a place to land.
How do we know what is working?
By tagging every enquiry with its source and its outcome. The log shows which channel brought the planners, which brought families and which brought bookings, and the next spend follows that.
Is digital marketing worth it for a local business?
It is when your buyers search, ask on chat and check a map before they call. We look at your own enquiry records first, and we advise on a channel only where the records show buyers using it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
