Event equipment rental · WhatsApp marketing

Answer the rate, the date and the photograph in the chat where the planner already is.

WhatsApp marketing for an event equipment rental store is the use of WhatsApp for enquiries, quotes, confirmations and season messages with planners, caterers and families. GullySales works on the Business account, the saved replies and the lists you message with permission.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For event equipment rental

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The planner books by chat”

A decorator asks for chairs, a stage and a tent in one message, with a date and a venue. The store that replies with counts, a rate and a photograph in the same thread gets the booking, and the one that asks to call back loses the moment.

  • “A forwarded catalogue travels further than a link”

Planners forward a catalogue to the client in a chat. A neat PDF or catalogue inside WhatsApp Business, with your own photographs and counts, carries your name into a family group that you will never see.

  • “Broadcasts need permission”

A season message to every contact in the phone is a way to be blocked. Message planners, caterers and past customers who have dealt with you and agreed to hear from you, and check the platform's current rules before sending.

  • “Voice notes and late replies cost dates”

Enquiries arrive at night and on Sundays. A greeting that gives your hours, an away message and a saved reply for common questions keep the enquiry alive until the morning, when a person answers.

What we do

What we deliver for event equipment rental.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business account set up

Profile, catalogue, hours, address and greeting filled in, with item photographs and rate ranges.

Result: The profile shows what you hire and when you reply.

  2. Saved replies for common questions

Ready replies for rates, free dates, delivery, setup, advance and pickup, written in your buyers' language.

Result: Staff answer the usual questions with the same facts.

  3. Labels for enquiry stages

Chat labels for new, quote sent, date held, advance received and returned.

Result: Each chat sits in a stage you can filter.

  4. A permission-based contact list

Planners, caterers, venues and past customers who agreed to receive season messages, with the source of the permission.

Result: You message only people who have agreed.

  5. A season message set

A message for the wedding season and one for the corporate season, with free dates and a package link.

Result: Each season message has a list and a send plan.

  6. A handover rule for staff

A guide on who owns the chat at which hour, and how a chat passes from one staff member to the next.

Result: No chat is left without an owner.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a personal number enough?
It works at first, but it mixes family messages with enquiries and carries no catalogue or labels. A Business account keeps the shop apart and lets more than one person answer where the platform allows.
Can we send the same message to all contacts?
Only to people who agreed to hear from you, and within the platform's current rules. Sending to a purchased list or to everyone in the phone risks blocks and bad feeling among planners.
Should we send rate cards in WhatsApp?
Send a rate range with what is included, and a firm quote once the date, count and venue are known. A flat card for every event leads to disputes when the count or the venue changes.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
