Farm consulting companies · WhatsApp marketing

Meet the landowner where the plot photographs and land papers already arrive.

WhatsApp marketing for a farm consulting company is the use of WhatsApp Business to take enquiries, receive plot photographs and papers, and keep clients in touch through the crop season. GullySales sets up the profile, the quick replies and the broadcast lists, with permission from every contact.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For farm consulting companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Farm enquiries already arrive as photographs”

A landowner sends a picture of a yellowing leaf or a location pin and a question. Replying in the same thread, with a quick reply that asks for the next detail, keeps the enquiry from moving to a competitor.

  • “Papers move by message”

Land records, water test reports and identity papers pass between farmer and consultant on WhatsApp. A tidy way to collect them, with a checklist and a labelled folder, stops files vanishing into a long chat.

  • “A broadcast list needs consent”

Adding every number you hold to a list turns a good channel into spam. Invite people to join, say what you will send, and let them leave. Check the platform's current rules on business messaging.

  • “The chat can become unpaid advice”

An open thread invites questions all day. A greeting that explains the paid visit, plus a clear reply to give when a diagnosis is asked for in chat, protects your time and the quality of your advice.

What we do

What we deliver for farm consulting companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business profile

Business name, description, service area, catalogue of your visit types and opening hours.

Result: The profile states what you do and what a first visit is.

  2. Quick replies for common questions

Saved replies for the first reply, the details you need, the paid visit offer and the papers list.

Result: A new chat gets a clear first answer and a list of what to send.

  3. A click-to-chat link and QR

A link on the site, the cards you leave with dealers and the posts, opening a chat with a prefilled message.

Result: The chat source is recorded against each enquiry.

  4. A consent-based update list

A list of owners who asked for seasonal notes, with a short welcome message that states what they will receive.

Result: Everyone on the list has asked to be there.

  5. Labels that match your stages

Chat labels for new enquiry, visit booked, papers awaited and repeat due.

Result: Each chat shows its stage at a glance.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we message all our past clients?
Message those who agreed to hear from you, and tell them what to expect. For others, send one personal note and let them choose. The platform's current rules apply, so check them.
Is the API needed?
Not for most small practices. The Business app covers profile, replies and labels. If your volume grows, we will say when a provider using the API makes sense.
Can farmers send voice notes?
Yes, and some will prefer to. Agree who listens, how you reply and where the details are recorded, so a voice note does not sit unanswered.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
