Granite quarry companies · Lead generation

Bring in processors and agents who want your colour and your block sizes.

Lead generation for a granite quarry means reaching the slab processors, exporters and block traders who buy the colour you cut, and collecting what they need to quote. GullySales works on the colour pages, the stock sheet and the enquiry form that turn a search or a stone-park call into a named buyer.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For granite quarry companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The right buyer wants one colour, not granite in general”

A processor planning a container of a dark granite has no use for a red-stone pitch. Enquiries worth chasing name a colour, a block size range and a destination, so the first job is making each colour easy to ask for by name.

  • “An agent's enquiry hides the real buyer”

When an export agent asks for rates, the processor behind the request stays unnamed. The quarry quotes, hears nothing, and cannot tell whether the buyer chose another yard. Asking who the stone is for, politely and early, turns a rate request into a lead you can follow.

  • “A lead without a block size is a guess”

A message that says only that someone wants granite forces a phone call to find out what they need. A form asking colour, quantity, block size and port gets a quote started on the first reply.

What we do

What we deliver for granite quarry companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Colour enquiry form

An enquiry form that asks for colour, quantity, block size range, destination and the buyer's company, built for a phone screen.

Result: Every enquiry arrives with the details a quote needs.

  2. Stone-park target list

A list of slab and tile processors within reach of your yard, with the purchase head's name where it is public.

Result: You hold a named list of processors to approach.

  3. Agent introduction pack

A one-page sheet for export agents and shippers with colours, block sizes and loading port, plus a call plan.

Result: Agents hold one sheet that lists what you can load.

  4. Marketplace enquiry sorting

A routine for sorting portal and marketplace enquiries into real buyers and idle browsers before anyone calls.

Result: The supervisor knows which enquiries deserve the first call.

  5. Source tag on every enquiry

Each enquiry is tagged with where it came from: search, agent, portal, referral or walk-in.

Result: You can see which source brought buyers who inspected the yard.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we chase every portal enquiry?
No. Sort them first by colour match, block size and whether the sender names a company. A short reply asking the missing details tells you quickly who is serious, and the rest need no further time from you.
Can you promise a number of enquiries?
No. Enquiries depend on your colour, your price, your photographs and the buyers in reach. GullySales builds the pages, the sheet and the follow-up, and the register then shows what each source brought.
Do we stop working with our agents?
That is your choice. Some quarries keep agents and add direct pages as well. The register shows what agents bring against what direct enquiries bring, and you decide from that.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
