Granite quarry companies · WhatsApp marketing

Send the stock sheet on WhatsApp the way a processor wants to receive it.

WhatsApp marketing for a granite quarry means using the chat app where buyers already ask for photographs, sizes and rates. GullySales works on a business profile, a stock sheet message and reply rules that keep the chat organised.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For granite quarry companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The trade already runs on WhatsApp”

Processors, agents and traders ask for photographs and rates on chat before any email or call. A quarry that answers there, with a tidy message, meets the buyer in the place they chose.

  • “A scattered chat loses the thread”

Photographs, rates and promises sit in one long conversation with no order. When the buyer returns a month later, nobody can find what was quoted. A short structured reply and a note in the register keep the thread findable.

  • “Bulk messages to old contacts backfire”

Sending the same message to every number in a phone annoys buyers who asked for nothing. Messages should go to people who enquired or agreed to hear from you, and should say something specific about a colour or a block.

What we do

What we deliver for granite quarry companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business profile setup

A business profile with the quarry name, location, product list and a greeting message.

Result: A buyer sees a proper business, not a personal number.

  2. Stock sheet message

A standard message format listing colour, block sizes, date cut and a yard photograph.

Result: The supervisor sends the same clear message every time.

  3. Saved replies

A small set of saved replies for common questions about colour, size, loading and visits.

Result: Common questions get a prompt, accurate answer.

  4. Contact permission rule

A rule on who may be messaged and how to record that they agreed.

Result: You message people who asked to hear from you.

  5. Chat-to-register habit

Each useful chat is summarised into the buyer register before the day ends.

Result: Nothing agreed on chat is lost.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send offers to a list of processors?
Only to people who agreed to receive them, and only with something specific to say. Check the platform's current rules on business messaging and keep the list of those who said yes.
Should the owner's number be the business number?
Better to use a separate business number that more than one person can reach. If the owner is the only reader, replies stop when the owner is away.
Do we send photographs or a link?
Send both: a few clear photographs in the chat for the quick look, and a link to the colour page for sizes and details. Large files in chat clutter the phone, and a link keeps the full information in one place.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
