Home service franchise networks · Lead generation

A home service network has two lead streams, and each needs its own door.

Lead generation for a home service franchise network is the work of producing customer bookings for the territories and franchise enquiries for the open pincodes. GullySales works on keeping those two streams apart, so a booking never lands in the candidate queue and a candidate never lands on the call centre.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For home service franchise networks

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A booking is a lead with an expiry”

The resident who needs a plumber this evening will not wait for a callback. A booking that reaches a franchisee who is already on a job is as good as lost, so lead generation here is judged by where the lead lands, not by how many arrive.

  • “Franchise enquiries arrive without a territory”

A technician fills in a form saying only that they are interested. Nobody knows which pincode they want, so the sales team spends the first call on a question the form should have asked.

  • “Each territory has a different mix of work”

Pest control peaks in one locality while AC repair peaks in another. Pushing one brand-wide offer into every territory fills the wrong calendars and leaves some franchisees idle.

  • “Apartment buildings are one decision for many homes”

A secretary who books pest control for a whole block brings far more work than one flat. Those buyers are reached through the association, not through a search ad aimed at residents.

What we do

What we deliver for home service franchise networks.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Booking source map

A record of where each booking began: search, listing, app, repeat customer or an association, entered at the call centre.

Result: You can see which source filled which territory.

  2. Two forms for two audiences

A booking form that asks for pincode and service, and a franchise form that asks for the pincode the candidate wants.

Result: Neither form sends a lead to the wrong team.

  3. Association outreach sheet

A one-page presentation for secretaries and facility managers, covering service types, visit rules and the brand's booking number.

Result: A secretary can forward one sheet to the committee.

  4. Territory-wise offer plan

Seasonal offers set by service and by area, using the price bands your team approves.

Result: Each franchisee sees an offer matched to their local demand.

  5. Lead quality notes from the call centre

A short tag on each lost enquiry: wrong area, price, no technician free, or no answer.

Result: Head office can see why enquiries failed, not only how many came.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should franchise leads and customer bookings use the same number?
No. Separate numbers and forms keep the call centre free for bookings and send candidate questions to the franchise sales team. The brand number stays the single point for customers.
Can we buy leads from aggregator apps?
You can, and some networks do. Track those bookings as their own source so you can compare their cost and conversion against your own channels. Check each platform's current rules on branding and pricing.
How do we know a territory is under-supplied?
Compare bookings received with bookings assigned and completed for the territory. A gap between received and assigned points to a franchisee or capacity problem, not to a shortage of demand.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
