Home service franchise networks · Website

One site that books the job and sells the territory without mixing the two.

A website for a home service network is the brand's main booking point and its main franchise sales page. GullySales works on service pages, territory pages and franchise pages, plus a booking form and a candidate form that each reach the right team.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For home service franchise networks

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The resident decides in the first screen”

On a phone, with a leak or a dead AC, they look for a number to tap and a price band. A page that opens with a long brand story loses the booking to one that opens with the call button.

  • “Trust sits in small details”

A technician photo with an ID, a warranty line and a visible review score settle the worry of letting a stranger in. They matter more than a polished banner.

  • “The franchise section is buried”

A candidate scrolling a customer site to find a franchise link gives up. The franchise section needs its own entry in the menu and its own page for territory status.

  • “The pincode check is missing”

A resident enters a pincode and wants to know whether the brand serves it. A site that cannot answer sends them to call and wait.

What we do

What we deliver for home service franchise networks.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Service pages

A page per service with price band, inclusions, warranty and booking button, written for a phone screen.

Result: A visitor can book from any service page.

  2. Pincode checker

A box on the home page that confirms whether the brand serves a pincode, drawn from the territory list.

Result: The visitor learns coverage before calling.

  3. Territory pages

Pages naming the localities each franchisee serves, with technician photos and local reviews.

Result: Each territory has a page of its own.

  4. Franchise section

Pages on the model, the support, open territories and an application form that asks for a pincode.

Result: A candidate can apply for a named area.

  5. Trust blocks

Technician ID policy, warranty terms and a review feed placed on every service page.

Result: The reasons to trust the brand sit beside the booking button.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the franchise site be separate from the customer site?
Keep one domain with a clearly separate franchise section. Two domains split the brand's search strength and confuse the visitor.
Can the site show live technician availability?
Only if your booking tool supplies it reliably. A wrong promise is worse than none. A message stating the next step after booking is a safer start.
Do we need an app?
Not to begin. A mobile site with a call button and WhatsApp booking serves the resident who needs a visit. Add an app when repeat use justifies it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
