Industrial machinery rental · Digital marketing

Join search, outreach and chat into one route from the first look to the signed hire.

Digital marketing for a machinery rental firm is the set of online routes, search, ads, email, chat and social, that bring plant heads and owners to your machines and then to an enquiry. GullySales works on choosing the routes that suit your machines and area and on linking them to one record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For industrial machinery rental

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Search catches need, outreach creates it”

A plant searching for a press on hire is ready to buy. A plant that has never thought of renting needs a message first. Both routes are needed and they ask for different pages.

  • “Paid search needs narrow targeting”

A rental firm covers a limited area and a set of machines. Ads that run across the country spend on clicks you cannot serve. Limit them to your delivery range and machine classes.

  • “Email still reaches the purchase desk”

A short, specific note to a named purchase manager, with the machine, terms and papers attached, fits how that role works. A generic mailer does not.

  • “Every route must end in the same record”

An enquiry from an ad, a cluster event and a dealer should look alike once entered. Otherwise you cannot tell which route earned its cost.

What we do

What we deliver for industrial machinery rental.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A route plan by machine class

Which routes to use for CNC, press, compressor and packaging machines, with reasons.

Result: Each machine class has a stated main route and a back-up.

  2. Search ads aimed at your delivery area

Ad groups and landing pages for machine plus rent searches in the areas you serve.

Result: Each ad leads to a page written for that machine.

  3. An email set for named buyers

Short introductions and follow-ups for plant heads and purchase managers.

Result: Each email names a machine and carries the terms.

  4. A shared enquiry record

One sheet or CRM view showing source, machine, stage and outcome for every enquiry.

Result: The source of each rental can be read from the record.

  5. A review of routes against results

A read of which routes brought rentals and which brought only calls.

Result: The review lists routes by rentals signed.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What budget do we need?
That depends on your area and machines, and we do not state a figure. We start with the cheaper routes and add paid ones after reading the first results.
Do we need all the routes?
No. We pick the ones that fit your buyers and add others when the record shows a gap.
Who runs the ads?
We set them up and explain them to you. You hold the accounts, so access stays with your firm.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
