Limestone mining companies · Lead generation

Find the plants that burn, melt or process the grade your pit already yields.

Lead generation for a limestone mine means finding the purchase and quality heads of plants whose specification matches a grade you hold, and starting a conversation about a trial lot. GullySales works on the plant map, the enquiry form and the introduction that carries your lab numbers.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For limestone mining companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A rate request is not a lead”

A caller who asks only for the price per tonne has told the mine nothing. No grade, no volume, no delivery point. A plant with a real furnace or kiln run names its specification early. The first job is separating the two before anyone at the mine spends an afternoon quoting.

  • “The nearest buyer is not always the best-matched buyer”

A cement plant close to the pit looks like the obvious target, yet a sugar mill or lime kiln further along the same highway may pay more attention to a clean, low-impurity grade. Matching grade to use comes before matching by distance.

  • “Plants already supplied sit in the mine's memory, not in a list”

The owner knows the two or three plants that take the largest share of dispatch. Industries that could use the same stone but have never been approached appear on no sheet, so nobody asks them. An internal list built from dispatch records and the plant map brings those industries into view, so the mine can decide which to approach first and which to leave alone.

  • “A trial lot is the real conversion”

A plant moves from curiosity to supply only after its own lab has tested a consignment. Lead generation that stops at the first call never reaches the stage where the order is decided. The lead sheet therefore follows each plant through sample, trial and result, so the mine sees where each conversation actually stands.

What we do

What we deliver for limestone mining companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plant and industry map

Cement, steel, lime, chemical, sugar, paper and glass units within a sensible freight reach, each with the grade it would look for.

Result: The owner sees which industries near the mine use a grade the pit holds.

  2. An enquiry form that asks the right questions

Grade or use, quantity, delivery point and the name of the buyer's quality contact, before a rate is given.

Result: A rate request arrives with enough detail to price without ringing back.

  3. An introduction note for each industry

A short message written in the specification language of that industry, with the lab range attached.

Result: Each target plant receives an approach that reads as written for its process.

  4. A trader and agent shortlist

Intermediaries who have moved real volume before, kept apart from price-only callers.

Result: Calls from agents with a track record are answered first.

  5. A lead sheet that follows the lot

Each lead recorded with the grade asked, the sample sent and the plant's reply.

Result: Every lead shows where it stands against a trial lot.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we pay for enquiry listings on marketplaces?
A listing on IndiaMART can bring volume, though some callers want only a rate. Whether it suits the mine depends on how your calls have gone before. We set up the listing with a filter form and then you judge the quality of the callers.
Can you promise us new plants?
No. We map, introduce and follow up. Whether a plant buys depends on its own specification, freight and existing sources, and no marketing step changes that. What we can do is make the approach specific and the follow-up consistent.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
