Limestone mining companies · Digital marketing

Put the mine where a plant buyer checks a source before placing a first order.

Digital marketing for a limestone mine is the joined-up use of a website, search, directories, chat and email to reach plant buyers and prove the mine is who it says. GullySales works on the parts that a purchase or quality head actually sees.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For limestone mining companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers verify before they call”

A plant looking at a new source searches the name, looks at the website, checks a directory listing and asks around. If these tell different stories about grade or location, the buyer draws the cautious conclusion. Check each channel against the same lab sheet.

  • “Scattered effort adds up to little”

A listing here, a post there and an old website that no one updates give no single place a buyer can trust. A smaller number of channels kept accurate beat a spread of them that contradict one another. Choose channels the mine can keep current, and retire the rest.

  • “Paid reach suits narrow questions”

A mine selling to a few hundred plants does not need broad advertising. Spend, if any, belongs on specific searches or directories where the buyer states a need, not on general awareness. Keep spend tied to a stated grade and a stated delivery area.

  • “Measurement stays with real orders”

Visits and clicks mean little if no trial lot follows. The measure that matters is which channel produced a plant that tested and then ordered, which only a lead log can show. Tag every lead with its source from the first contact, and the picture builds itself.

What we do

What we deliver for limestone mining companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for the mine

Website, search, one directory, chat and a short email routine, with the job of each stated.

Result: Each channel has a purpose and an owner.

  2. A consistent company profile

Name, location, grades and contact written the same way everywhere.

Result: A buyer finds the same facts on every page.

  3. Directory and marketplace set-up

Listings with grade, size and the enquiry questions.

Result: Marketplace callers arrive with a specification.

  4. An email routine for known buyers

Notes to existing and past buyers on new grades and capacity, with consent.

Result: Past buyers hear from the mine without being pestered.

  5. A source-to-order tracker

Each lead tagged by source and followed to trial lot and order.

Result: The owner sees which channel brought actual buyers.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need to run ads?
Not by default. We look at your enquiry sources first and suggest paid search only where a buyer states a clear need. A specific directory listing or a narrow search campaign may suit a particular grade, and we decide that after reading your enquiries.
How do we know digital work is paying off?
By tracking leads from each source to trial lots and repeat orders. A number of clicks alone does not settle it. Compare sources by trial lots and repeat orders, and the weak ones show up.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
