Marriage halls · Digital marketing

Put the map, the website, WhatsApp and the diary to work as one plan.

Digital marketing for a marriage hall is the combined use of the map listing, a website, search, social posts, WhatsApp and advertisements to bring families to the date enquiry. GullySales works on choosing which of these your hall needs and joining them to the booking diary.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For marriage halls

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Each channel answers a different moment”

Search catches the family choosing a town, the map catches the one searching nearby, and WhatsApp keeps the family in touch. Used separately they leave gaps, and used in order they carry a family from search to advance.

  • “Advertising is worth it only on the dates you need”

Paying for attention on a date that is already booked wastes money. Spend follows the diary: push the dates that stay empty, and rest when the best dates are taken.

  • “The work ends at the enquiry, not the click”

A click that lands on a page without free dates, or a call that waits for the owner, loses the family. The plan includes what the family sees and who answers.

  • “Not every hall needs every channel”

A trust hall booked through the community may need a clean listing and a date sheet. A private hall in a competitive town may need advertisements as well. The plan starts from your diary.

What we do

What we deliver for marriage halls.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A diary-led plan

The year's bookings marked by season so effort goes to the dates that sell slowly.

Result: The plan names the dates you intend to fill.

  2. A channel choice with reasons

The channels your hall will use and the ones it will leave, each with a short reason.

Result: You can say why each channel is in or out.

  3. Tracking tied to the diary

Each enquiry labelled with its source, so bookings can be matched to channels.

Result: Every booked date traces to a source.

  4. A starter budget view

A plain list of what each channel costs you to run, with the owner choosing the amount.

Result: You see the cost of each channel before committing.

  5. A review of what brought booked dates

A reading of the sources behind confirmed bookings, used to adjust the plan.

Result: Spend moves toward sources that produced advances.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small hall begin?
With the map listing, a date sheet and a reply you can give at once. These cost the least and fix the loss at the desk. Advertising comes later, once the reply is sound.
Do we need an agency or can the manager do it?
The manager can run the listing and the replies with a clear routine. Specialist help suits the website, advertisements and tracking. We say which parts need whom.
Will digital marketing replace word of mouth?
No. Word of mouth stays a main route for the hall. Digital work makes the hall visible to families outside that circle and holds the enquiry that word of mouth sends.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
