Marriage halls · Social media

Show the hall dressed for a wedding, not empty on a weekday.

Social media marketing for a marriage hall is the use of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube to show families what a wedding in your hall looks like. GullySales works on what is photographed, what is posted and how a viewer reaches the date enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For marriage halls

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A family needs to picture its own day”

An empty stage says little. A stage dressed for a muhurtham, with the dining hall set and the entrance lit, lets the family imagine its own relatives there. The picture sells the date.

  • “Weddings are posted only with the family's consent”

Photographs of a family's wedding belong to the family. Ask in writing before the day and offer a choice of images. Leave out children and any guest who does not want to appear.

  • “Relatives forward what they see”

A wedding post is shared among cousins and in family groups. Each share reaches people planning the next wedding in the extended family, so a clear hall name and town on every post matter.

  • “The comments hold enquiries that nobody answers”

Viewers ask the rent and the date in the comments. Unanswered, those questions look like a hall that does not reply, so the comment needs a reply and a route to the desk.

What we do

What we deliver for marriage halls.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A shot plan for a real wedding

A list of angles for stage, entrance, dining, rooms and decoration, agreed with the family and the photographer beforehand.

Result: You know what will be shot and what will be left out.

  2. A consent note in the local language

A short note the family signs, saying which images may be used and where.

Result: Each family's choice is on paper.

  3. A page set up for enquiries

Profile, bio, link and pinned post carrying the town, the capacity and the way to ask for a date.

Result: A viewer reaches the date enquiry in one step.

  4. Posts for engagements and off-date functions

Content showing the hall used for receptions, naming ceremonies and community events.

Result: Non-wedding bookings have posts of their own.

  5. A reply routine for comments and messages

Who answers, with what wording, and how a comment becomes a logged enquiry.

Result: Every comment question gets a reply and a record.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform matters for a hall?
Instagram and Facebook suit photographs, and YouTube suits a longer video of a wedding. Choose by where your families already look. Start with one and keep it current.
Do we need to run advertisements?
Not at the start. Organic posts of real weddings come first. If you advertise later, aim at the town and nearby places in the local language, and check the platform's current rules.
Can we post a wedding without asking?
No. Ask the family in writing before the wedding. Their guests did not agree to appear either, so keep close shots of guests out unless the family confirms.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
