Multi-location service businesses · Digital marketing

Plan online marketing branch by branch, then add up the result.

Digital marketing for a multi-location service business is the combined plan across search, listings, social media, messaging and the website, read at branch level. GullySales works on the order of work, the budget split and the records that show what each branch gets.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For multi-location service businesses

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A brand plan with no branch view hides the problem”

The total shows enquiries up and the owner relaxes, while one branch has had none for weeks. Every channel needs a branch label so the summary can be broken apart and the weak spot found.

  • “Channels are chosen by what the branch can answer”

A branch that cannot answer calls in the evening gains nothing from advertising that brings evening calls. Fix the response first, then the visibility, or the spend produces clients the branch turns away.

  • “Online and walk-in demand mix”

Salons, gyms and repair centres get walk-ins from signboards and referrals alongside online enquiries. A plan must record how each client arrived, so that online work is not credited or blamed for the street.

  • “Branches differ in age and strength”

A new branch has no reviews and no regulars, so it needs more visibility work. An established one needs better follow-up. One formula across all branches wastes effort on some and starves others.

What we do

What we deliver for multi-location service businesses.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A branch scorecard

A one-page view per branch of listings, reviews, enquiries, bookings and attendance, using the same measures everywhere.

Result: Branches can be compared fairly.

  2. A channel plan by branch maturity

A written plan that gives a new branch visibility work and an established branch retention work.

Result: Effort matches what each branch needs.

  3. Budget split with reasons

A record of how spend is divided across branches and why, revisited when the data changes.

Result: You can explain every branch's share.

  4. Tracking for calls, forms and messages

Tracked numbers, tagged links and a source field on every enquiry.

Result: You can tell where each enquiry began.

  5. Owner reviews of branch results

Sessions where the owner reads the branch numbers with us and decides what to change.

Result: Decisions come from branch data and not from impressions.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where do we start if we have no marketing at all?
Start with the listings and the response routine at each branch, since they cost least and affect every channel. Then add search and social media once enquiries are being answered well.
Does digital marketing replace signboards and referrals?
No. It works beside them. Record how each client found you so you can see what each source contributes, and keep what works.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
