Multi-location service businesses · WhatsApp marketing

Answer on WhatsApp from the branch the client is standing nearest to.

WhatsApp marketing for a multi-location service business is the use of WhatsApp for enquiries, bookings, reminders and updates between a client and a branch. GullySales works on number setup, reply routines and message wording that follows the platform's current rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For multi-location service businesses

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Clients message the number they can find”

A client sees a branch listing, taps the WhatsApp button and writes. If that number is a personal phone or a shared inbox nobody watches, the message waits. The number printed on a listing must be answered by someone at that branch.

  • “One brand number needs a routing rule”

A single business number across ten branches works only if every message is tagged with its branch and sent to the right manager. Without that, the chat becomes a queue where clients repeat their area to every new agent.

  • “Broadcasts irritate when they ignore the branch”

A message about a Whitefield offer sent to a client of the Jayanagar branch is noise. Lists should be split by branch and by service, and offers should state the branch name and the fee it applies to.

  • “Consent and opt-out are part of the job”

Clients should have agreed to receive messages and be able to stop them. Template approval, opt-in wording and message categories follow the platform's current rules, which change, so they are checked before each campaign.

What we do

What we deliver for multi-location service businesses.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business setup per branch or per brand

A decision on separate branch numbers or one number with routing, set up with a clear profile, greeting and catalogue.

Result: Each enquiry reaches a person who can answer it.

  2. Quick replies and away messages

Saved answers for fees, timings, location and booking, and a message for hours when the branch is closed.

Result: The first reply is accurate and consistent.

  3. Branch-tagged contact lists

Contacts labelled by branch, service and stage, so messages go to the right group.

Result: An offer reaches only the clients it concerns.

  4. Reminder and follow-up templates

Approved wording for appointment reminders, missed-visit notes and renewal prompts.

Result: Reminders go out in the branch's voice.

  5. Consent and opt-out notes

A written record of how clients opt in and how they leave, reviewed against the platform's current rules.

Result: Your lists are built on clients who agreed to hear from you.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should every branch have its own WhatsApp number?
If each branch has staff to answer, yes, because the client gets someone who knows the slots. If not, one number with routing by branch is safer than several unattended ones.
Can we send offers to our whole client list?
Only to clients who have agreed to receive them, and with wording that follows the platform's current rules. Split the list by branch so the offer, fee and timing match the place the client uses.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
