Podcast production studios · Content marketing

Publish the explanations a first-time host needs before they pick a studio.

Content marketing for a podcast studio is writing, recording and sharing the material that answers a first-time host's questions about format, equipment, editing and publishing. GullySales works on choosing the topics from real enquiries and turning the studio's own recordings into that material.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For podcast production studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “First-time buyers do not know what to ask”

A founder or coach has never made a show and cannot compare studios on specifications. Guides that explain what a format involves, what a host prepares and what editing covers teach the buyer the questions, and the studio that taught them is the one they call.

  • “How a show was made persuades more than a list of services”

A page that walks through one show from idea to publishing, with the host's permission, shows the work in order. A company buyer can then picture their own show moving through the same steps.

  • “The studio already holds the raw material”

Every recording session produces clips, behind-the-room moments and questions hosts ask. Turning these into short articles, a mailing and posts costs less effort than inventing topics from nothing.

  • “Content for the marketing head must carry an argument”

A communications head has to justify the spend to a founder. A piece that sets out why a branded show suits a company's audience, and what the first season would contain, gives them wording they can reuse upstairs.

What we do

What we deliver for podcast production studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A topic list drawn from enquiries

The questions hosts and marketing heads really ask, gathered from messages and calls, ranked by how many times the same one returns.

Result: A list of topics based on what buyers asked, not on guesses.

  2. A show breakdown template

A page layout for walking through one produced show from idea to publishing, with space for the host's consent.

Result: Each produced show can become a case page the same way.

  3. A host preparation guide

A plain guide on choosing a topic, writing guest questions and arriving ready to record.

Result: A new host reads one page and knows what is expected.

  4. A guide for marketing heads

A short piece on briefing a branded podcast, including the approvals a company needs and what a first season contains.

Result: A marketing head has material to forward to a founder.

  5. A reuse routine for recordings

A method for turning each recorded session into a clip, a post and a line for the sample page.

Result: Recordings you already hold feed the website and social posts.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What should we write first?
Start with the question that comes up again and again in enquiries, which is likely to be what a full production includes and how it differs from room hire. Answer it fully on one page, then link it from the quote reply.
Do we need to publish audio and video, or is writing enough?
Writing reaches people who search, and audio shows the quality. Do both where you can: a written guide with an embedded sample from a show you produced, used with the host's permission.
How do we avoid giving away our method?
A buyer cannot make a show from a guide alone, because the work is in the recording, the editing and the discipline of a calendar. Explaining the method builds trust and does not remove the need for a studio.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
