Sand and aggregate suppliers · Digital marketing

Put the yard, the rate and the order number in front of builders online.

Digital marketing for a sand and aggregate supplier is the set of online routes by which builders find you, compare you and order: search, maps, messaging, social posts and paid ads. GullySales works on which of these pay for your delivery area and which only add noise.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For sand and aggregate suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The delivery radius sets the budget, not the ambition”

A tipper that cannot reach a site on the day wastes any click that brought the enquiry. Online reach should match the zones you serve, and spending beyond them buys phone calls you decline.

  • “Search ads suit a builder with a date”

A supervisor searching for sand delivered on a given day is close to ordering. Ads on that kind of search, aimed at your towns, can reach that moment, but they must land on a page with rates and a number.

  • “Directory leads need a filter”

A listing on an online marketplace brings enquiries of mixed quality, some from far away or from people comparing for later. A quick filter by town and quantity separates the real from the idle.

  • “Without a record, nobody knows what worked”

If every order is noted as a phone call, the source is lost. A register with a source field shows whether the order came from search, a map, WhatsApp or a referral.

What we do

What we deliver for sand and aggregate suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan of routes by town

Which of search, map, messaging, social and directories suit each delivery zone.

Result: The owner can see where effort goes and why.

  2. A landing page per material and town

Pages that carry the rate by distance, the grade, the load size and the order button.

Result: Each ad or link lands on a matching page.

  3. A small, capped ad test

Search ads aimed at the towns you serve, with a budget you set and a limit.

Result: Spend stays inside the figure you chose.

  4. A source field on every order

The register records how each builder found you.

Result: You can read orders by source.

  5. A directory lead filter

A short script to qualify enquiries from marketplaces by town, material and quantity.

Result: Idle enquiries are marked and set aside.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much should I spend?
That is your decision. We suggest starting with a small cap on one town, reading the register and then choosing whether to widen it.
Are marketplaces worth it?
They can bring buyers, and the quality varies. Judge them by orders in your register, not by the number of enquiries.
Do I need all of these routes?
No. A small supplier can start with a good map profile, a website with rates and a WhatsApp number, then add routes as the register shows what works.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
