Serviced office rental · Search engine optimisation

Appear when a company searches for private office space by area and seat count.

SEO for a serviced office operator means making sure the pages Google reads describe your floors, areas and inclusions the way a company searches for them. A search for furnished office space for a small team in a named area is a different intent from a search for coworking. GullySales works on page structure, wording and the supporting profile signals.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For serviced office rental

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Searchers describe the office, not the operator”

People type the size of team, the area and words such as furnished, private and plug-and-play. A page titled with your brand alone matches none of these. Titles and headings that carry the area and the type of office match what is actually typed.

  • “Coworking pages crowd out private office intent”

Some operators run one page for everything, and Google reads it as coworking. A company needing a closed office with its own door is searching for something else. Separate pages for private offices keep the intent clear.

  • “The all-in rate is a search reason”

Buyers compare inclusions as much as price. A page that lists reception, housekeeping, internet and meeting room access in plain words answers the comparison before the call. A page that hides the rate behind a form gives the visit to someone else.

  • “Thin area pages repeat each other”

Copying one page across ten localities with only the name changed reads as duplicate. Each area page needs its own description: transport, nearby business clusters, floors available there and photographs of that building.

What we do

What we deliver for serviced office rental.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A keyword map by area and office type

A sheet matching each page you have or need to a phrase buyers use, such as private office for a startup in a named area.

Result: Every page has one clear search purpose written down.

  2. Rewritten titles and headings

Page titles, headings and descriptions rewritten to name the area, the office type and what is included.

Result: Search results show your floors with the detail a buyer scans for.

  3. Area and company-type pages

Separate pages for each area you serve and for company types such as branch offices, startups and foreign entrants.

Result: Each type of buyer finds a page that speaks to their questions.

  4. Specification pages with indexable text

Floor details written as readable text beside the photographs and plans, not only inside images or downloads.

Result: The words on the page match the words the buyer searched.

  5. A technical check

A review of page speed on a phone, broken links, duplicate pages and how the site is structured for search engines.

Result: A list of fixes your developer can work through in order.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Will we reach the first page of Google?
Nobody can promise a ranking. Position depends on competition in your area, the quality of your pages and the signals around them. We improve the pages and the structure and you track the result.
Should the rate be shown on the website?
Showing an all-in starting rate answers the first comparison. Whether to publish exact figures is your commercial choice. If you do not, state what the rate includes so the page still answers the buyer.
Is SEO different from our Google Business Profile?
They work together. The profile appears for map and local searches, and the website pages appear for descriptive searches. We keep the wording consistent between them.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
